Bottle at Torst. Pours purplish/pink grapefuit. Nose and taste of tart blueberry, lactose sourness, soured wheat malt, tart funk and lemon. Lighter bodied.

Bomber. Aroma is barnyard funk and blueberries--pretty stinky! Pours cloudy salmon pink with a medium pinkish-white head that falls into a ring of big-bubbly foam. Taste is sweet and sour (7/10 on a sour scale), blueberries, wheaty. Carbonation is high, body is thin. After it warms up, the aroma isn’t so rank and it’s actually quite appealing.Tasty.

Little pale pink beer, small light pink head, little stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: some chlorine, fruity, sour berries, berry skin, funky. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: little sour, chlorine, bit dirty, weird, unpleasant bitterness, metallic, little fruity. Aftertaste: chlorine, bit nasty and weird, sourish, lemony.

Big slightly fizzy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly sweet sour-ish, sweet berries, soda powder, sorrel, grass, chalk, lemon, sour berries. Taste is dry sour-ish, soda powder, grass, sorrel, sour berries, rhubarb, chalk, lemon. Medium bitterness, dry sour-ish mouthfeel. Nice enough.

Pour was amber with red-purple hues, hazy, thin initial head that thinned even further to the finest of blankets over the beer with good retention, splotchy lacing all the way down. Aroma of citrus, light fruits, blueberries. Flavor the same, sour, faint bread under it all, acidic. Mouthfeel was light. DFH Festina Peche is better. Not a bad BW, but this one ended a nice run on some excellent ET brews.

Bottle @ Barely Legal Tasting Room Pours unclear blonde. ok , fast fading white head . Smell is mostly german-ish yeast . Not much blueberries . Taste is dry, sour, blueberries in an elegant, rather hidden way . Def there though ! Bit sweet in the back, but mostly dry . Some funk . Complex , intense taste . Bit too much carbonation . Very nice, but not AS nice as the BA version ;)

Bottle at home. Pours a very, very murky pink. Aroma is tart fruit. Flavor is blueberries and raspberries and somewhat tart and sour. Nice beer. Medium bodied from all the sediment and floaties.

Pours a hazy pinkish-copper into the glass with a fainting soda head that dissipates to nothing. The nose is of acidic citrus. Flavors are of unripened blueberries, unripened apples and other tart citrus notes, primarily unripened raspberries. The palate is seltzery, lively with an acidic "pucker" to the pull. This is a nice Sour/Wild collaboration from the South. Prost!

Bouteille 66cl @ RBBSG III, courtesy of Tderoeck.
