From bottle. Hazy orange with white topper on pour. Nice webbing. Bouquet of stone fruit, apple juice, coriander and lemon. Taste pulls in the fruit from nose and dumps in a healthy amount of bready yeast flavors. Light body. Delicate flavors. Solid finish. Nice stuff.

Bottle poured into a snifter. Appearance - Pours with a white head that settles into a nice foam. Golden and hazy with a deep orange tint. Smell - aroma is fruity, Coriander, and clove, yeast. Taste - Taste is very similar to the aroma. More fruity at first, then with a peppery spice finish. Mouthfeel - High carbonation makes it feel light. A little Bitter. Overall -Not my favorite saison, but worth a try.

Bottle at home. Pours lightly hazy orange with a large, creamy white head, long retention with excellent lacing. Aroma is funky, tart, and earthy yeast with apple esters, biscuit malt and earthy hops. Flavor is lightly tart citrus, Brettanomyces, light crisp malt, light hops and bitterness, spices, light fruity esters and a dry finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation.

Keg at Craft Clerkenwell. It pours hazy golden-orange with a medium yellow-white head. The nose is orange peel, grapefruit, spice, hay, bubblegum, candy and marmalade. The taste is crisp, hay, straw, spice, minerals, good deal of bitterness, orange peel and grapefruit with a dry, bitter finish. Medium body and moderate, prickly carbonation. Crisp, tasty and rather drinkable.

bomber split with my wife last night. pours hazy light gold, off white head powered by plenty of carbonation that also gives the cap staying power. Nose is earthy, light grass, and flowers. Taste is typical saison, earthy, faint clove, bubblegum fades in and out. body is light, but dry. I think a really nice basic farmhouse.

Tap at CBC Clerkenwell at the Evil Twin meet the brewer event. Pours hazy yellow with a sticky white head. Nose is loaded with tropical fruit and spice. Mango and pineapple are right there with moderate pepper, straw and coriander. Spice and tropical fruits go nicely together. Great balance and drinks very nicely. Solid drop

Bottle shared by jayhawk73. Thanks Jeff. The beer is cloudy and orange hued with a fizzy white head. The aroma brings grain, earth, some tart fruit, perhaps lemon, alcohol. Grain and bread soaked in alcohol. Bready booze and lacking in funk / farmhouse character. A bit sharp on the palate. Not one of the better offerings from Evil Twin.

Keg at Craft. Golden slightly cloudy. Small white head. Aroma is berries, quite fruity, and a bit of Camembert. Taste is interesting, some kind of barrel, cheesy funkiness, fruity berries, bit herbal, lot nice.

Poured an amber color with aromas of pineapple, hay, grass, some citrus and some malt. Flavors follow suit a decent sasion overall, would drink again.
