Rather light and somewhat sweet aroma with caramel, hops and fruits. Flavour is somewhat sweet with resin, hops, some semi-ripe fruits and hints of berries. Some bready malt also. Palate becomes sticky after some sips. An IPA on the sweet side with moderate hopping.

Tap @ Fairbar. Pours clear reddish golden with a offwhite head. Aroma of malt, caramel, sweet fruit, grass. Taste is malt, yeast, grapefruit, grassy hops. Medium body, soft carbonation, semi bitter finish. 220112

(Draught at Viisi Penniä, 20120419) The beer poured deep copper coloured and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had hops, malts and pine. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were hops, sweetness, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was sweet, hoppy and bitter. An IPA with double IPA characteristics. Not my thing.

On draught at The BrewDog Bar. Pours a dark golden colour with a fair white head. Aroma of Belgian yeast, candy sugar and candy floss. Similar flavours with grassy hops and alcohol also. Mildly bitter with mild carbonation and an oily mouth-feel. Lingering candy floss, musk sticks and strawberries.

Deep golden colour with an off white head. Fruity and hoppy nose. Hoppy and fruity flavour. A bit sweet.

Draught at Farmer’s Cabinet. Malt and caramel. Bit of sweetness but fairly well balanced overall.

On tap in a shaker. Pours amber with a lacy, off-white head. Aroma of citrusy and piney hops, caramel malts, and some light fruits. Flavor the same. Average texture. A good IPA.

Tap @ Mikkeller bar. Pours a near clear champagne-brown body with a small just off-white sidesticking head. Fruity and yeasty-sweet on the aroma. Not hoppy at all actually. Light yeasty and some white sugar is the main aromas here. Average carbonated and a light sticky mouthfeel. Really sweet this one. Tons of pink bubblegum and sugar on top. Well, OK, maybe not that bad but it’s quite far out there on the sweet side. Something that reminds me of a rye-IPA I once had. You sure this is a IPA? Quite uncommon indeed this. 06.01.2012

Pours dark reddish orange with a nice foamy smooth head. Aroma of fruity hops, exotic berries, caramel and toffee. Taste is malty and sweetish with some fruity notes and a lot of berries. Finish is hoppy and slightly fruity. A nice, quite tasty amber IPA.
