COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
On a pilgrimage for immortal craft beer we tripped on these heavenly drops of amazingly overwhelming aromas, a thick fudge-like body, pitch black color and obviously only made in limited amount. And then the taste....even more jesus! Produced and bottled by Evil Twin Brewing at Companyia Cervesera del Montseny SLL. Catalunya, Spain.

UPDATED: JAN 15, 2013 Pours a thick black oil color with a two finger mocha head that sticks and laces nicely. Aromas are brownie, dark chocolate syrup, coffee grounds and a touch of vanilla and slightly boozy. On the palate it follows the nose precisely with a full chewy mouthfeel and great notes of chocolate and burnt brownie. Nice touch of bittersweet chocolate wraps up the finish nicely.

Thanks bob. 11.2 oz bottle. Dark black. Very smoky. Doesn’t have as much of the euro malt as I expected.

Bottle... This beer rocks!... Pours pitch black with a brief, fragile head that doesn’t stick around for long. The nose is a collection of chocolate crème, vanilla, blackstrap molasses, pouch tobacco and roasted almonds. Full-bodied and silky with modest carbonation. The flavor is sweet and carbonic, boasting dark chocolate and a strong molasses character. Finishes roasty and bittersweet. Not many complaints here, other than too much blackstrap molasses from all the black patent malt used.
