Draft at Proof. Glowing orange pour with a frothy white head. Piney, grapefruit and mango hop aroma with a bready caramel malt backing. Strong bitterness throughout the flavor with chewy malts and a piney finish. Slight touch of alcohol of the back end. Pretty tasty.

Bottle. Hazy orange with a medium sized ok lacing off white head. Aroma is caramel, grain, bread, soapy, citrus, light pine. Quite alcoholic along the way with a long bitter finish. Taste is medium sweet and bitter. Medium/full body, oily texture, soft+ carbonation. Feels a bit malt dominated and could do with more hop aroma for my taste.

Pours a clear golden yellow on tap with a thin white ring of lacy head. Aroma is big and hoppy, fresh pine and grapefruit. Taste follows, big hops up front, then falls to a sweet caramel malt back. Solid and hardly any hint of the booze.

Haha thats funny renaming it all occasions IPA! Anyways this pours a hazy amber colour with a thin soapy white blanket on top leaving a good couple inches of lace up the glass. Aroma is made up of pine, resin, tropical fruits, and some mild malty sweetness. Flavour is sweet malts, sweet tropical fruits, resin, pine, medium well balanced bitterness thats somewhat hidden by the sweetness though lingers mildly into the after taste, and a warming alcohol.

Hazy copper body with a small foamy head. Aroma of citrus and grass, some caramel. After beer warms a bit aroma gets more pronounced, but still gentle. Taste of some hops and pretty heavy caramel (might also be some oxidation) at first, then a lot of bitterness. Not that much in the way of actual flavors. Some citrus, some lemon zest, long bitter finish. Basically, I get the feeling this beer would be a lot better fresh. As is, it’s bitter, oxidized, and not much else.
