3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
22oz bottle pours hazy pale orange with small head. Nose is tart acidic lemon, some corn flake and earthy cereal grain, touch of lacto cheese. Palate is similar with medium-high acidity of a lemon/pickle profile, some granola and grain, finishes tart, high acidity, with citrus, lime, and lingering cereal grains. OK. Not worth the price.

Keg at CPK 5th B-day celebrations, London. It pours a lighly hazy pale color with a minimal white head. Aroma is lightly fruity and citrusy. Taste is very acidic with notes of apricots and citrus. Maybe a bit too harsh on the lactic acid side. Overall, quite tasty but harsh

[ Bottle ][ ½ of 65cl ][ Tasting ][ $14 ][ Snifter ][ 9.26.14 ]
Hazy gold with dense white head that dies to tepid. Soft esters in nose, lightly sugary banana split, moderate lactic, light rice, bit of dirty grain. Front palate is sweet like Nomader but moderated by lactic acid, more grain and tangerine flesh sourness to balance mid with lightly toasty accents. Long finish, lactic biscuit. Huge improvement on Nomader, way more grain, lactic more delicate, balanced with low sweet and sourness, near gose level carbonation and delicacy.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Keg at Craft Covent Garden. As you would expect from a Berliner Weisse but seems extra dry. Hint of lemon, but wheat dominates. Looks fairly lifeless but has a little carbonation prickle in it. Aftertaste is a little sweet and more grainy.
