3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Tap @ Fairbar. Slightly hazy golden pour with a small head that quickly forms a ring on top. Nose has notes of yogurt, some light funk, lemon peel and some lychee. Taste is a tad tart, some pineapple, lactic and some light cereal notes.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle (22 oz). Shared by czar, thanks! Split 5-ways.
Appearance: Clear pale golden with a small white head and little to no lacing.
Aroma: Plain yogurt, lemony notes, musty and wheat. Classic.
Taste: Rather mild. Plain yogurt, cheesy notes, lemon, mild to moderate sourness and wheat.
Palate: Light body. Soft carbonation. Lemony finish.
Overall: Easy drinking cheesy Berliner Weisse. Quite simple, but still enjoyable. Way better than the horrible white wine barrel-aged version (Biere Blanca Blanc) that we had at the same tasting.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Shared by czar, thanks bro! Pours a clear light golden with no head and no lacing. Nose is of lemon, lactic acid and pretty much just your classic berliner. Taste is of lemon, lactic acid and pretty much just your classic berliner. Body is light and carbonation moderately high. Overall this was a pretty simple and straightforward berliner, not that it is a bad thing but it could easily be replaced by something else.

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Poured a light golden yellow color with aromas of light lacto, citrus, some light wheat and a touch of funk. Flavors are light tart wheat and lemons, with some light citric acid, not over the top sour but decent none the less.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
22 oz. bottle from Party Source consumed at home. Pours a hazy golden color with a small disappearing white head. The aroma had quite a bit of tart citrus and lactic notes. The flavor opens with tart, lemony citrus, some acidity, before becoming much more malty, light bodied, decent for what it is but I would like there to be more pop.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bomber to snifter (shared with the Mrs.). Looks good; a hazy golden orange with white head that steadily dissipates into lacing. Smells solid; tart and wheaty with a sharp but pleasant lactic lemon presence. Tastes like it smells, but not as sharp, with a medium light-bodied mouthfeel that’s more citric than lactic. Enjoyable.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
22oz bottle pours hazy pale orange with small head. Nose is tart acidic lemon, some corn flake and earthy cereal grain, touch of lacto cheese. Palate is similar with medium-high acidity of a lemon/pickle profile, some granola and grain, finishes tart, high acidity, with citrus, lime, and lingering cereal grains. OK. Not worth the price.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Keg at CPK 5th B-day celebrations, London. It pours a lighly hazy pale color with a minimal white head. Aroma is lightly fruity and citrusy. Taste is very acidic with notes of apricots and citrus. Maybe a bit too harsh on the lactic acid side. Overall, quite tasty but harsh

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
[ Bottle ][ ½ of 65cl ][ Tasting ][ $14 ][ Snifter ][ 9.26.14 ]
Hazy gold with dense white head that dies to tepid. Soft esters in nose, lightly sugary banana split, moderate lactic, light rice, bit of dirty grain. Front palate is sweet like Nomader but moderated by lactic acid, more grain and tangerine flesh sourness to balance mid with lightly toasty accents. Long finish, lactic biscuit. Huge improvement on Nomader, way more grain, lactic more delicate, balanced with low sweet and sourness, near gose level carbonation and delicacy.
