3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Draft at the Sybarite Pig in Boca Raton. Tulip. Pours a golden yellow with a moderate one finger head and some lacing. Aroma is pine, pine needles, grass, and light citrus. Taste is mild, but solid at the same time. More pine than citrus. Some cereal. Slight bitter finish. Refreshing and clean tasting. It was perfect for my lunch date with a friend.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
35,5 cl can @ home, canned 13.03.2014
Aroma has fruity hops, some citrus and grapefruit. Feels nice, but one can observe the low ABV. Flavour has fruity hops, minerals, grapefruit, some orange and hints of gooseberry bush. Also a very slight plastic off-flavour in the background. Quite nice and refreshing low-ABV IPA after all.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 14/20
Draft @ beer temple. A sissy beer indeed. It has some nice hopping, but the body is just very thin. I don’t necessarily need a lot of alcohol in strongly hopped beers, but this one lacks some depth to back up the hops.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Tap at the Beer Temple, Amsterdam. Poured a slightly hazy medium amber with a frothy white head and lots of lace. The aroma is light grass hop, light citrus. The flavour is medium bitter with and light, slightly watery nettle hop bitter palate. Light to medium bodied with average carbonation. A fine beer considering the ABV.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
12 ounce can into pint glass, canned on 4/29/2014. Pours lightly hazy/cloudy bright gold color with a 2 finger fairly dense and fluffy white head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Spotty foamy lacing clings down the glass, with a good amount of streaming carbonation retaining the head. Aromas of lemon zest, grapefruit, tangerine, orange peel, citrus rind, pine, floral, grass, cracker, bread, and floral/grassy earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance and complexity of bright citrus/grassy hops and light-moderate pale malt sweetness; with solid strength. Taste of lemon zest, tangerine, grapefruit, orange peel, floral, grass, pine, cracker, bread, and floral/grassy earthiness. Fair amount of pine/grassy bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of lemon zest, tangerine, grapefruit, orange peel, pine, cracker, bread, and floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Very nice complexity and robustness of citrus/grassy hops and light-moderate pale malt sweetness; with a great malt/bitterness balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Medium carbonation and light-medium bodied; with a very smooth, crisp, and lightly sticky mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is well hidden with zero warming present after the finish as expected of 2.7%. Overall this is a very nice session IPA. All around good complexity and robustness of citrus/grassy hops and light-moderate pale malt sweetness; and very smooth and crisp to drink. A very enjoyable offering.
