COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Biscotti Break special edition. This edition spent two months aging on La Jabugueña Bellota Reserve, a cured ham shoulder from acorn-fed pigs raised in the Jabugo mountains of Iberia. Every brewer and devotee of "breakfast" beer should be trembling over this.

Draft at Brewvival 2012. Pours dark brown with a very thin brown head. Aroma of berries, cherries, roasted malts, chocolate, vanilla and faint salty notes. The taste is bitter roasted malts, chocolate, salt, pork, bitter hop finish. Medium bodied.
