COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This is a really big beer and we wanted to put it in small bottles, but the two bozos were so fat they couldn’t fit on the label. Enjoy this rich, ridiculous and screwball-ish Imperial Stout with hints of: molasses, lactose, chocolate, almond, hazelnut, vanilla bean, cinnamon, oak spiral, chili, marshmallow, muscovado sugar, chesnut and coffee. Made for Bozos.

Bomber to snifter (shared with the Mrs.). Looks good; a mostly opaque dark chocolate with mocha head. Smells and tastes of dark malt, bitter chocolate, and some roast with a bit of metal on the palate. Good, but I prefer some of Evil Twin’s ’lower abv’ beers.

22 oz. bottle, pours jet black with a small brown head. Aroma brings out insane amounts of coffee above anything, maybe a touch of cocoa. Flavour brings out sludgy cocoa, coffee, coal, and caramelized sugar. Super thick and viscous. Tastes a bit confused, by it is still very enjoyable. ABV is amazingly well-hidden.

pours like used motor oil, massive head dark and thick, overwhelming, sour and sweet and smokey and chocolate and coffee and dark sugars and citrus and cardamon, and sticky and creamy and slightly astringent. Too much. novelty, sipping substance for the sake of conversation.

Bottle. Aroma is chocolate, coffee, roasted barley, and nuts. Appearance is very dark brown with a light brown head. Taste is marshmallow, chocolate, almond, caramel, coffee, sugar, and a touch of spice. Full body with medium carbonation. Overall a ton of different flavors. I like them all. Well done.

Bottle from . Poured black with brown around the edges and dark tan head. Aroma of dark choc molasses coffee soy. Light bubbly carb med thickness. Nice taste of slight acidic bitter choc that hangs. Good that the booze stays hidden bravo.

Gas and amazing aroma of coffee and chocolate. The taste is similar with a healthy thick coffee taste. Surprisingly not much alcohol taste for 17.2 percent. Definitely an underrated beer.

sample at Buffalo Food Bank Fundraiser. Big black pour, fuller bodied. very agressive at 17%. ton of things going on here. Huge roasted malt presence, dark chooclate, burnt coffee, vanilla, hazelnuts, some pepper induced heat. A lot going on but tough to deal with the 17

Bomber. Holy shit this one is probably better off sipped (17.2%!)... especially seeing as I’m not sharing it. Pours an opaque stouty blackish color, thick espresso colored head with excellent retention and lacing. Nose is sooty up front, molasses, chocolate and then a whole bunch of burnt sugar, burnt coffee, burnt toast... it’s pretty burnt smelling all around. Mouth is thick and oily, bittersweet the lactose serves this one well, wallop of coffee, roasted barley and Hershey bars, a lot of sooty notes underlying, I catch a hint of the cinnamon and heat from the chilis but most of the other flavors are overpowered by the roast and sugar. Boozy with some licorice on the back end. Ironically, at the ABV this one was reasonably priced. Good, but not great.

Aroma is all over the place. Sugar, chillies, wood, vanilla, bourbon, coffee. Actually coffee is really upfront. The head doesn’t hold, very black. Really intricate flavors, coffe, chillies, cinnamon, chocolate,. Delicious and without any crazy alcohol presence.

Bottle shared by Dr Silverworm. Poured a black color with a moderate frothy brown head that diminished slowly and produced sticky legs and good lacing. Good roasted chocolate malt, nuts and coffee aroma. Copious body with a smooth texture and flat carbonation. Complex dark dry sweet stout flavor with a smooth vanilla nutty finish of long duration. Very well balanced complex stout. This is a standout beer.
