Bottle 330ml @ Geokkjer
Pours almost black with a tan head. Aroma has notes of roasted malt, chocolate, caramel, coffee and some sourness. Taste is medium sweet and light to medium sour with a dry and sour finish. Body is full, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

Bouteille explosive cause de tumulte poste canadien, j’avais mauditement soif. Une fois le bordel nettoyé, cendre, tabac, noix de coco, velouté en bouche. Pas la plus standard des imp stout, assez grincante.

Pours pitch black (I don’t know why I even bother saying that with stouts) a finger of head that evaporates real quick. This bottles got some age on it and the taste shows, very well balanced, smooth, not overly bitter what can I say very tasty?

February 2012. An excellent stout that is balanced and compled. The high alcohol content does not overwhelm. A bit lighter body than other stouts.

One of the lighter imperials that I’ve tried from Evil Twin. Large head, pours dark. Coffee flavor is there but not pronounced. An easy sipper.

12 ounce bottle pours a black color with aromas of chocolate, roast, coffee, a touch of vanilla, and some earth. Flavors are the same with big chocolate, coco, and roast, followed by some earthy flavors. A solid stout overall.

Draft at BP Dupont Circle. Pitch black. Big beige head. Big chocolate roasty cocoa tones. Vanilla tinged. Very smooth, expert execution. Right on.

Bottle from Cotteridge Wines; this beer should be better gave it an average score overwhelming taste of vinegar might be a bad batch quality control issue had to drain pour.

Bottle@home. Black. Small to no head. Nutty roasted coffe aromas. Bitter sweet. Strong body but still fresh. A little handicap by a new cool.

12 oz bottle. Pours pitch black with a small tan head. Big burnt roasty nose. Taste is the same with a bit of sweetness and an alcohol presence. Nice rich body. This is a big beer with a huge flavor profile.
