Hazy brown look with a thick foamy light brown head. Powerfull citrus and grape hop aroma. Flavor is high in the bitterness area, with a nice fruity citrus sweetness leading to a dru finish. Great

16-APR-2011, bottle @home, from "Fish & Beer". Pours out of the bottle on opening. An IIPA that is bottle conditioned??? In the glass it is 5/6 fluffy white head that lasts a long time and 1/6 almost brown body. Nice intro:-) Nose is extremely bitter with grape fruit and piney stuff. Taste is more the same with a malty addition that I like. Chardonnay? Perhaps. At least there is a winelike aftertaste that is extremely bitter. Fantastic brew.

Bottle. Pours a really dark amber color with a hughe off white head. Aroma is very hoppy with citrus, grapefruit, hop juice, sweet and caramel malts. Flavor is also very hoppy with alot of citrus, grapefruit and orange notes, I also get some white grape like notes along with some resin and wood. The body is light with a powdery dry mouthfeel. Overall a pretty different but good DIPA.

Bottle. Huge head, the foam seems to have a life ot its own. Deep hazy amber. Brutal hoppy nose and flavour, more aromatic than dry. Alcohol in the background.

Bottled. Pours slightly hazy, amber with a huge, fluffy, off-white and mostly lasting head. Nose of citrus fruits and malt. Medium sweet flavour with caramel, grape, lemon and fruit. Lively carbonation. Creamy texture. Medium to full bodied. Pleasant bitter finish. Cisp and enjoyable.

(Bottle, 0.33 l, at Pikkulintu, 20110407) The beer poured amber and cloudy. Its head was quite large and white. Aroma had malts, hops, fruitiness and bisquits. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were malts, hops, vineousness, citricness, mildly sourness and medium bitterness. Aftertaste was bitter and mildly sour. A different DIPA and unfortunately also a bit messy.

UPDATED: AUG 13, 2014 New batch on tap. Aroma has lots of juicy tropical hops. Pineapple, mango, passion fruit, grapefruit, peach, citrus, you get some of the white wine and some pine. Taste is more of a crispy hop quality. still some tropical notes - some citrus, peach, grapefruit, pine and white wine. This played very well for me!
