3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottled. A hazy dark amber beer with a huge light tan head. The aroma has notes of hops, over ripe fruits, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of caramel, over ripe fruits, moldy wine grapes, alcohol, and flowery hops, leading to a dry and very bitter, hoppy finish. The body is thick

Bottle 33 c. Courtesy of Theis. Pours amber with a slight haze and a creamy and lacing off-white head. Very solid and citrusy hops in the nose. Solid body, sweet caramel and fruits with a fresh citrusy hoppiness. Bitter finish, but not overly so. I don’t really pick up the Chardonnay. 180311

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottled at Chistian Firtal, Odense. Hazy copper colour, huge lively head. Vinous nose with some grapefruit and gooseberry. Slimmer than anticpated with caramelly malt. More vinous than hoppy. Marked bitter finish. Interesting idea, not really perfected yet I think.

4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 17/20
23rd January 2012
On tap at BrewDog Camden. Hazy amber beer, good pale tan head. Light crisp palate. Lovely Nelson hops - grapey with a hint of blackcurrant. Orange and mango join the party. Touches of peach and passion fruit, light and airy this is very dangerously drinkable beer. Finishes semi crisp. The only thing preventing this from being upper 4s is I can taste more pale malt than I would like but it’s a minor problem in an otherwise very fine beer indeed!

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Draught at Ølbaren, Copenhagen
Hazy dark amber color, with creamy head. Mild aroma, light lemongrass, some hop resins. Medium body strength, light malt and caramel flavor, with a light Belgian character and even a trace of puke; correct bitterness, with indiscernible hops of mediocre aromatic contribution.
Uncohesive and unimpressive.
