Bottle 33 cl. Pours a cloudy golden with a small white head. Heavy, heavy tangerine aroma, interesting, with a whiff of tartness. Medium body, again sweet tangerine and oranges with a solid bitterness. Doesn’t appear completely spot on, yet somewhat intriguing. 140313

Draft. A hazy dark golden beer with a huge lazing white head. The aroma has notes ofb malt and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, spices, and lemons, leading to a bitter finish.

Cask at Craft Islington, 21/02/13. Hazed pale blonde with a thin white head that retains. Nose is pale malt, paper, light orange, citrus, grass, pretty lacking and subdued. Taste carries a little more depth, light caramel, sugars, citrus notes, pale malt. Medium bodied with light spritzy carbonation and some bitterness in the finish. Drinkable but bland and boring.

Keg @ CPK. The pour’s deep gold with a small white head. The nose is strong sweet bread, some caramel, toasted malt, light honey. The taste is quite similar. A bit of crunchy nut breakfast cereal. Slightly doughy sweet body. Smooth finish. Fine carbonation, a bit flabby to be thirst-quenching. Definitely not Evil Twin’s best effort. Overall, I usually only try to drink this kind of beer after a strenuous gym session. This doesn’t quite cut the mustard; it wouldn’t be my first choice after a grueling 10k.

Draught. Hazy golden liquid with medium off-white head. Aroma of diacetyl, bread, sulphur, biscuit, cooked vegetables and noble hops. Taste is light sweet and light bitter with notes of bread, diacetyl and cooked vegetables. Medium bodied with medium carbonation. Not good, maybe infected.

Bottle at Kronborggade 3. Hazy golden coloured with a medium sized white head. Fruity aroma of caramel, berries and yogurt. Fruity flavour of berries, hops and grass with notes of yogurt. Dry hoppy finish.

Bottle. Pours a pale yellow color with a white head. Has a fruity malty grainy aroma. Fruity malty grainy flavor with weak grassy hints. Has a sweetish malty grainy finish.

Keg at Craft Clerkenwell. Hazy amber beer, tidy off white head. Palate is slightly soft with fine minerally carbonation. Creamy malt. Reasonble hops - tangy orange, medium bitter. Sweet malt towards the semi dry finish. Not bad - just a bit soft and stodgy for a Pilsner is that is what this is supposed to be.

Bottle @ FOneFan, 5.5%. Slightly hazy dark yellow with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, hop and butter. Flavour is malt, butter, little sweet, hop, little grass and a little bitter.
