On tap at Tørst with Max, Ramy, GT & Whitney, Podey, and maybe some others later. Pours a hazed ruby and amber color with a medium sized beige head. Soft musk on the nose, fuzzy and a nice dusty raspberry note. Reminds me of fruit roll ups. Memories of my childhood. Huzzah. Medium bodied, a good amount of raspberries, dirty and tart, gets almost a bit metallic but that’s not exactly it. Hmm. Nice and not overly tart or acidic, a good amount of funkiness. Tasty stuff.

Draft at torst. This one poured a murky light brown to reddish color with an off white head. Aroma was mainly sour fresh dark berries, light lemon notes and some dusty yeast. Flavor was similar, fairly tart, but nothing overwhelming, the fruit played a backsteat to the tartness, but luckily there was limited acedic acid.

Draft at Torst, thanks Jay. Pours a deep murky orange amber body with no head, some light bubbly lacing. Aroma is strawberry, raspberry seeds and light tartness. Mouthfeel is medium to thin with light acidity, muted fruitiness, faint red wine barrel, oak and tart raspberries. Good sour.

Draft at Torst. Pours orangish cherry red without much head. Aroma of tart raspberries and cherries and yeast. Taste is tart raspberries, raspberry seeds, lots of wood, wine, tannins and funk. The finish is extremely crisp and puckering.

Tap at Torst. Full haze glowing deep orange color. No foam. Nose is small caramel, seedy and jammy raspberry and fresh strawberry. Impending acetic and tart berries. Taste is a bit thin, thankfully low on acetic heat. Slightly phenolic, tad plastic. Spicy finish with some hefty saltiness.
