Pale yellow colour. Modest white head. Lots if pineapple, citrusses, acididness, but at the same time sweetness in the aroma. Pineapple and citrusses at first. Sweetness. Bitterness and citrusses. Dry and bitter finish. Rather medium bodied, sweet at the beginning, dry and bitter in the end, medium carbonated IPA. Not a good palete and balance. However beer is drinkable.

UPDATED: JUN 17, 2016 Can from Whole Foods Sugar Land. Very slightly hazy golden with a frothy off-white head with light lacing. Aroma of grapefruit, lemon, and grain. Taste is well balanced; mildly sweet and moderately bitter. Medium bodied, very nicely carbonated, and a little bit dry.

Bottle. Slightly hazy golden amber pour, medium white head. Nose is fruity, peach and mild pineapple, malty notes and sweetness. Fruity and surprisingly soft hoppy character in the flavor, sweet notes and peach, citrus. Resiny and citric finish, spicy-hoppy bitterness. Dangerously drinkable.

Drank outta a can, nice grapefruit and lemons on the nose. Lots of hops bitter it up and add a little zing and spice. Balanced and tasty, a good example of a great beer

This stuff is pretty good I recon. It has a nice fresh hop character, which strikes me as sort of vaguely noble-ish and floral. It is pretty mild in the nose but this is quite bitter and maybe a touch too sweet, though that sweetness does bring out a nice fruity note. This is full bodied and maybe a touch on the heavy side for an IPA but still pretty drinkable and nice. I could put back a few of these but after that I’d start getting a little sick of it and switch to something lighter.

Bottle 35,5 cl. Pours a hazy golden with a lacing, white head. Citrusy hops but not exactly in your face. Medium-bodied, smooth and soft on the palate, subtle late bitterness. Easygoing, but I could use some crisper hops. 010616

June 20th, 2014 - Soupy, thick and colored like marmalade, Falco is a imposing looking brew out of the bottle. But the aroma is dainty, grainy, right and graced with a touch of lemon and those always hard-to-describe tastes of saison, though even lighter. The palate is sudsy up front, roiling and clouding the flavor, which only appears later in the end when a hefty hops is revealed in the aftertaste. Once the beer settles and its temper is blunted by exposure to the air and some warmth, I catch more lemongrass and rye notes that become increasingly hoppy as the flavor runs on.
