Hazy pale peach gold pour with a thin, fluffy, soapy off white head. Aroma of citrus, stone fruit, floral and tropical fruit hops, some biscuit and toasty notes. Flavor is biscuit, cereal, sweet malt and hay on the malt side; floral, spicy, citrus and passion fruit on the hop side. medium body, slightly oily, creamy entry leading to a chalky + oily = slightly dry finish and a medium strength, sharp and blanketing carbonation. Good stuff overall, the aroma really wrote a check that the taste couldn’t cash, and after a couple drinks the aroma seemed much less amazing for some reason.

Bottle to glass. Pours a hazy golden yellow color with an off white head and lively carbonation. Aroma is sweet fleshy fruit hops, peach and apricot. Flavor is a good balance of bitter and sweet with a slight citrus tinge. Light in body with a mild lingering bitterness and an apricot sweetness. Very tasty.

Poured from a 12 oz. bottle into a Portsmouth brewery snifter. The color is a bright, cloudy yellow with a light white head and some nice lacing left on the glass. The smell is bright hops in the nose some good sweetness that reminds me of spring. There is some grassy aromas and a nice bright orange and mango aroma with smelled like there was fruit in this beer. The flavor is biscuit dough flavor at first with a tease of citrus and a tease of pine then a smack of bitterness. There is a slight push of bitterness that takes you aback before letting of earthy pine in. Resiny citrus flavor runs deep in this beer like a vain breathing life into the back-end where more bitterness punishes briefly before letting go. The feel of this beer is a medium which does try to be a bigger beer. The bitterness lingers a bit and makes it feel heavy but only briefly. This beer does go down well even with a certain amount of finessing. A hop lover must try.

bottle-Poured cloudy golden color with medium rocky head. Aroma-lemon, citrus and grassy. Taste is very nice and smooth. Grassy/lemony hops that just mix together perfectly. This is more like a session ipa, tastes like 4 or 5%. Palate-light/medium body with average carbonation and mildly bitter finish, Overall a above average IPA. Very easy to drink and nothing that would prevent me from trying again,

Strong melon in the aroma. Maybe a splash of mint. Bit of pine. Bitter on the front. Tangerine in the middle. Nice end that has orange tones. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

12 ounce bottle into tulip glass, bottled on 1/10/2014. Pours fairly hazy/cloudy deep gold color with a 1-2 finger fairly dense white head with good retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lingers. Nice soapy lacing clings on the glass. Aromas of lemon zest, tangerine, orange peel, grapefruit, pineapple, floral, grass, light pine, honey, bread, and floral/grassy earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good complexity of citrus/floral hops and light-moderate pale malt balance; with solid strength. Taste of lemon zest, tangerine, grapefruit, pineapple, orange peel, floral, grass, light pine, honey, bread, and floral/grassy earthiness. Fair amount of floral/pine bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of lemon zest, tangerine, grapefruit, pineapple, orange peel, floral, grass, pine, honey, bread, and floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Very nice balance of of bright citrus/floral hops and light-moderate pale malt sweetness; with a crisp malt/bitterness balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Medium carbonation and body; with a smooth, crisp, and moderately sticky mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is well hidden with minimal warming present after the finish. Overall this is a very nice IPA. All around good balance and complexity of bright citrus/floral hops and light-moderate malt balance; and very smooth and crisp to sip on. A very enjoyable offering.

Bottle. Pours a fairly hazy gold with a decent head and aromas of pear and pineapple with a little honey. Flavor has a bit of honey sweetness with a pineapple hops presence (but sweet pineapple like a real one that you find ripe from a street vendor in Latin America or something) and a slight twang of tartness that I can’t quite figure out. Good beer with a little bit of an odd edge to it.

Cloudy straw coloured with finger width head. Smells of straw with slight floral. Nice body, medium carbonation and dry finish. Floral, perfume, slightly piney. A good tasting IPA, enjoyable but lacks the body to elevate this brew to amazing.

from Erzbierschof - light hazy golden beer with a persistent little foam; aroma of candied yellow fruits (pear and grapefruit); assertive and very tasty, a good malt backbone, very bitter and dry; long hoppy fruity finish, chewy and with hints of warming alcohol
