Poured from a 12 oz. bottle into a Portsmouth brewery snifter. The color is a bright, cloudy yellow with a light white head and some nice lacing left on the glass. The smell is bright hops in the nose some good sweetness that reminds me of spring. There is some grassy aromas and a nice bright orange and mango aroma with smelled like there was fruit in this beer. The flavor is biscuit dough flavor at first with a tease of citrus and a tease of pine then a smack of bitterness. There is a slight push of bitterness that takes you aback before letting of earthy pine in. Resiny citrus flavor runs deep in this beer like a vain breathing life into the back-end where more bitterness punishes briefly before letting go. The feel of this beer is a medium which does try to be a bigger beer. The bitterness lingers a bit and makes it feel heavy but only briefly. This beer does go down well even with a certain amount of finessing. A hop lover must try.

Tap@ Brewdog Helsinki. Poured hazy golden with a thick white head.  Very fruity aroma, you get   kiwi,  pineapples, grassy hops in aroma. Flavor has slight  sweetness, tropical   fruits,  citrus and grassy hops. Long finish. Not bad. Refreshing.   737414

Poured from a bottle. Not sure off it is slightly past it’s best? Clear golden colour with visible fizz. Quite a strong bitter grapefruit taste. Not overly convinced by this one, but perhaps not at it’s best. (K)

Bottle, Chester Beer & Wine. Hazy gold pour with a meek white head. Aroma had some fragrant hop and citrus/tropical fruits present. Flavour had some decent fruit action also with good grassy hoppage. Dry bitter finish. Unspectacular but solidly tasty offering. Probably better than Falcao’s Man Utd career.

12 oz. bottle pours a hazy light golden color with decent white head and some lacing. Aroma has citrus hops, melon, and pine resin. Taste is bitter with some sweet caramel malts in the middle that linger through the finish. Body is medium with average carbonation. This was a pleasant surprise for me, and the first beer I’ve had from Evil Twin. Quite well balanced, and not a hop bomb, but on the verge of being an IIPA. I’ll gladly try this again.

Pale blond colour. Very hoppy aroma with some citrus. The light citrus flavour comes through in the finish. Very dry and bitter.

bottle @ Party Town / Florence KY --- Clear medium amber color, over-active four-finger rocky white head, mottled blanket of lace. Aroma of pine and citrus. Taste is strong malt that is joined on the swallow by clear, hard citrus hops. The malt never quite goes away, leaving a great balance in a brew that tastes bigger than it’s 7% abv. Solid and satisfying.

Pineapple & peaches on the nose. A extreme dry beer with a huge bitterness. Saps the water from your mouth - hop heads will worship this beer. Rated by BrewTom

bottle at home from drinkstore
quite austere flinty bitterness, dry, pithy bitterness but again missing the hop forward aromas and flavours.

Golden with foamy head. Bright fresh hop aroma. Taste- fruity citrus and resinous pine. Not overpowering hoppy. Easy drinking and pleasant tasting IPA. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
