Hazy golden straw pour with a white head. Lemon, grass, orange, and pine on the nose. Really dry malt character; just a little bit of bread to it. The flavor is dry and bitter. Lots of lemon and grapefruit. Orange peel, some grass, and pine on the finish.

One of the least memorable Evil Twins beers, but still pretty good. More East Coast. IPA style, finish is the best part.

Sampled at Northgate Tasting. Fresh pine hops and good biscuit bitterness. This stuff was really good, and worth a more in-depth review.

Bottle @ home from Saveur-biere.com - Color: clear blond beer with high carbonation and yeast presence, small white foam. Smell: nice grassy notes with floral presence and hops. Really nice. Taste: nice grassy taste with hopes and presence of malt. Aftertaste: alcoholic notes and wet bitterness. Expect the alcoholic taste it’s a nice beer.

Fat på bishops mollbergs - försiktig arom humle. Ljus och något grumlig. Tydlig beska, inte så mycket humlesmak tyvärr bara beska.

Ftraw yellow, soft haze, frothy white head
Aroma of soft sweet pale malts, slight citrus, touch of yeast, hint of gypsum, aroma a bit lacking
Taste of zesty and peppery hops, pine, getting some bready malts
Palate - Soft carb, medium body, fairly sweet malts. Finish quite dry, long lingering bitter, get more bitter zest in the finsh

(bottle, 33cl) Hazy, golden colour with a medium-sized and minimally off-white foamy head. Bready malty aroma with loads of fruity hops, including notes of citrus and grapefruit. Bitter and delicately sweet flavour, medium bodied with a smooth carbonation. Dry malty base with bready notes followed by mainly citric and slightly piney hops; dry, fruity and spicy hoppy finish with mildly bready malt. Simple but very more-ish IPA. 26.IX.14
