COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Danish: IPA gæret 100% med brettanomyces og humlet med Galaxy, Citra, Summit og Cascade.

English: To take up the challenge and make a 100% true Brett beer can very easily become a fatal attraction for the Brewmaster. Ones you get acquainted with Bretts irresistible, seductive, alluring and very charming nature, it will ensnare you and drive you to the point of obsession to create the desirable tangy, funky, tart flavor in ya mouth.

On tap at Smoke and Barrel DC. The keg kicked and the bartender gave me maybe 3oz of the last pour. Great guys there. Pours a cloudy, bright gold with some wispy white head. Surprised with a big, floral, hop aroma, citrus peel, pine, some soap, a little grape, some malt too, tropical fruit, a little musty. Flavor is very similar, sweet, but mostly zippy hops, lemon, orange, scallion, chive, perhaps the brett is manifested in some grassiness. Slightly bitter, crisp, dry finish. Really nice. Very drinkable.

Bottle. Hazy yellow with a medium sized good lacing white head. Smells pretty crisp and hoppy. Juicy yellow apples, leathery brett, barnyard, and citrus in the aroma. Taste is medium sweet and medium bitter. Medium body, oily texture, soft/medium carbonation. Light dry and bitter finish. High drinkability.

Pours a cloudy golden with a huge and lacing white head leaving quite some lacework. Bretty, farty nose. Thin body, very dry fruit, yeast and Brett. Rather dry and bitter finish.

On tap at Torst. This has an unusual mix of elements. Excellent meadow-like aroma. It tastes like an APA with a little brett sourness, pink grapefruit, and a dash of brine. Good.

loved the Noir so somewhat intrigued to try this .. . gold .. great foam, lacing also .. . decent brett feel, but a bit airy .. . spritz level is off too .. . has the character but no substance at all .. . . don ’t you hate it when you hit your laptop so hard it turns off and mutters go fuck yourself...

Draft at Local Option, served in a stemmed glass that reminded me of the Goose Island Matilda glass in shape. Pours a hazy pale orange color with a fizzy white head that fizzles out quickly. Surprisingly huge hops on the aroma for a beer with Brett in the name. In fact, Brett takes a backseat to the citrusy, fresh, fruity hops throughout. Funky and bitter, with crisp carbonation. Dry finish. Drinks like a Bretted Belgian IPA. Refreshing.

Bottle 650ml, a slightly cloudy yellow beer with huge head. Nose is on lichee and apricot. Aroma is on bitter grapefruit with light brett background, over-riped fruit, mandarine, quite unusual but easily drinkable. Brett are more present at the very end finish with lemony touch. Fine and refreshing, a bit too much grapefruit for me.

It poured a hazy yellow color with a foamy white head. The aroma was of caramel, citrus, brett and a somewhat tart finish. The taste was of brett, citrus, tropical and herbal hops with a medium body. Good stuff.
