COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
To take up the challenge and make a 100% true Brett IPA with Yuzu fruit can very easily become a fatal attraction for the brewmaster. Once you get acquainted with the Yuzu fruits irresistible and seductive personality, along with Bretts overpowering, alluring and very charming nature, it will ensnare you and drive you mad obsessing over how exactly you can create the perfect desirable tangy, funky, crisp, tart flavor in ya mouth.

Ekstremt mørk amber. Middels høyt tett skum. God kaffearoma. Smaken balansert. Kaffe. Lakris. Sjokolade. Tørr ettersmak. Litt på den søte siden - men god. KI=7.

What an enchanting aroma. Very acidic with hints of lemon and indeterminate zest. Very complex; nice cloudy yellow. Flavor is similar in complexity to the aroma with a decided sourness added and some dryness in the finish as well. Second yuzu beer (after New Belgium) and 2 for 2 so far.

I wont say that this is even faintly similar to the terrible Colt 45 malt liquer, but still - the feeling of having a really weak and bleek beer that someone grossly overhopped is similar to the one I had with Colt 45 and it’s grossly over-alcoholized body. OK, this is fruitier than most of the IPAs, but I hesitate to call that an improvement. Go for aroma istead, depth and background flavors that can enhance the hole beer experience - not just edge.
