Vestergaard (314) - Aarhus C, DENMARK - APR 18, 2013
Tap @ borefts beer festival 2012. Pours pitch black. Flat and evil looking. Smell of cane syrup and banana marshmallow. Nice chocolate and stuff, but an overkill of chili imo. Exciting and decent.

fonefan (34777) - VestJylland, DENMARK - JAN 1, 2013

Draught @ 4th Borefts Beer Festival 2012, Brouwerij de Molen, Bodegraven, Netherlands.

Clear dark black brown colour with a virtually none head. Aroma is heavy, chocolate, earthy - chili, vanilla. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, spicy, chocolate, late chili burn. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. [20120928]

Marzipan Geruch. Vanillenoten, Schokolade, Marzipan, dann scharf nach Chili. Vollmundig, nussig, scharf. Interessant aber zu übertrieben – überfordernd! 9/12/8/10//10

stobbe74 (3789) - DENMARK - NOV 19, 2012
Sample at Borefts Beer Festival 2012. Pours a pitch black beer with a brown head. The aroma is malt, roasted, licorice, vanilla, sweetness and ash. The flavor follows the nose with additional chili. The palate is roasted with chiliwarmth. Overall a beer with too much chili, besides that an average beer.

On Tap @ Borefts Beerfestival 2012/ The Taste is first intensive chocolate aromatic, but it becomes very fast very spicy-hot, a lot to much Chili. To much Chili for me but I had the rest of the barrel, so i think it is not that spicy if you get a earlier one. 11/12/5/5/-/7

Tap @ Mikkeller. Aroma is very nice - filled with cocoa and vanilla, almost like a chocolate milkshake, milk chocolate. Then it has a hint of vegetal chili, and somewhat of a roasty/ashy note in the background. Taste is initially intensely sweet, lots of vanilla and chewy chocolate caramel sweetness, toffey and fudge, and then comes the chili, approaching pretty quickly after a second or two. The sweetness is balanced by the chili, and vice versa. It works very well, a cool take on one of the best imperial stouts in my book, Even More Jesus. The decadence of this beer is belong to me.
