Did somebady say pale ale? forget it, this is IPA green grapefruit all the way. Difficult bitter stuff in a can. If you like IPA, this is fer U! HA HA, pretty funny, an american pale ale brewed in denmark. I guess this is revenge for the american brewers who try to brew old country styles here in the US. Deep grapefruit bitterness peircing the palate.

02-MAR-2013, can @home, from Ølbutikken, shared with Morten. Hazy orange with lasting, lacing, off-white head. Grape fruit, pine, quite malty with caramel and bread. A little oily but turns watery. Surprisingly sweet but ends bitter and more dry. Fine can brew:-)

[Can] Pours clear amber with a small, off-white head. Aroma is full of grapefruit with some malt intertwined and noticeable alcohol. Doesn’t explode out of the glass, but pleasant nonetheless. Taste is more malt heavy, but still nice. Good amount of bitterness, grapefruit again. Fairly thin, finish length is average. Overall, a pretty bland review on my part, for a very solid APA which I could drink a lot of.

Dandelion and lemongrass nose. Hazy amber, fine floaties, thin head, good lacing. More distictly floral on the palate with lillies and lemongrass. Hints of rosehips at times. Slightly vegetal.

Can, bought @ Ølbutikken, Cph. Pours murky orange with a medium, staying, creamy, yellowish head. Aroma has crisp hops, grapefruit, piney, citrus, tangerine. Some caramel and biscuits in the malts. Medium to low carbonation, fine dry and light creamy mouthfeel. Flavour is elegant, some caramel maltiness, light doughy, though still very crisp. Hops are piney, grapefruit, light herbal, some tangerine. Lingering, very bitter finish. Nice.

Watch me homer this shit. Smells like an aluminum can =) looks like one too. I like the balance here, it is certainly pale, without caramel, nice resin and pine, strong bitterness, super strong for ABV, but palate adjusts well, very easy drinking. Dopeness, actually one of my surprising favorites from the evil.
