Hazy yellow with a decent white head. Aroma is vague grapefruit hops with just a touch of fresh pine. Flavor is very clean pine hops without the resin stickiness I sometimes expect. Clean, slight caramel malt in the finish. Very refreshing and light while fairly hopped. Wife: 3.6

Poured from can a light hazy orange with tiny head. Aroma was mild - malty and some citrus. Taste followed with an acid bite. Bitter in the center of my tongue. Lingers for awhile. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pretty good APA. Nice strong aromas of grapefruit, pine and caramel. Taste is citrus fruits and malty with a surprisingly full mouthfeel for a relatively low ABV pale ale. Dry and with a nice bitter finish.

12oz can from Beer52.com. A clear amber pour with a billowing cream head; sweet peachy aroma with some pine in the background; full on tropical fruit taste that eddies around the mouth, with the pineapple dominating, but a leaving a mango aftertaste with a deep bitterness in the background. Really good.

Poured a hazy golden amber colour with a two-finger off-white foamy head that retained very well and laced well. Carbonation moderate and fine. Aroma of moderate and pleasant citrus hops. Taste of grapefruits and orange with a hint of lime, some citric acidity giving quite a sharp but pleasant bitterness; a nice malt sweetness balances the bitterness. Light body. Refreshing with a lingering strong grapefruit bitterness on the finish. Quite good.

In short: harsh bitter ale.
Pours hazy dark gold with frothy white head. Moderate head retention, some lacing. Pine, ripe fruit nose. Medium body, average carbonation, crispy texture. Taste is quite bitte, fruity. Noticeable dry and even harsh finish. Too tough for an apa.
