Perhaps you heard of a worldwide beer-movement that tributes favorite hipster neighbourhoods across the globe. First came Istedgade, Copenhagen then Södermalm, Stockholm followed by Williamsburg, New York and Shoreditch, London accompanied by Trastevere, Rome & last El Raval, Barcelona. If you feel excluded because you’re hip but your city is not, this cutting-edge, ‘hip without borders’ pale ale is an homage to you – the global hipster. Cheers!

Hazy yellow with a decent white head. Aroma is vague grapefruit hops with just a touch of fresh pine. Flavor is very clean pine hops without the resin stickiness I sometimes expect. Clean, slight caramel malt in the finish. Very refreshing and light while fairly hopped. Wife: 3.6

Straw colour poor with minimal white head. Aroma of slight citrus. Taste is bitter thirst quenching but bitterness rough on the aftertaste. Easily drinkable but not one of my favourite apa’s

Draft @ beer temple. Just a decent apa. Hoppy, fruity and with a thinnish body of malt. Not very special, just nice and enjoyable.

From 345 ml can. Pours a clear golden-amber with a tightly packed and lasting white head and fine carbonation. Aromas of pineapple, lemon, crusty bread, caramel and peaches. Taste is tropical fruit at the front before a firm grapefruit zest and pine bitterness dominates the mid-palate. Pine and pepper at the end. Clean finish with a bitter but fruity aftertaste. Really well made beer.

Very good APA. Taste is pine, grass and some citrus. Quite dry and bitter finnish. Nicely balanced and very drinkable.

Unsure if we had the right drink as 2 drinks ordered looked similar and got mixed up. Slightly cloudy golden colour. Slightly grassy flavor with light fizz. (K)

Can: Slightly haze, bright golden body with a big, foamy off-white head that shows nice staying power. Aroma is very bready, doughy, & loaded with lightly sweet cracker pale malt. Slight grassy, herbal, & floral hops sprinkled all over. Slightly soapy flavor, but it fades with time. Wet grass, mildly floral & herbal with a big pale malt & doughy underbody. Crisp, slight hop oil in the finish. Pretty mild overall. Not bad, though. Decent pale ale.

Poured golden with thick white head. Sweet hopping aroma. Quite hoppy, unusual mix of hops. Quite enjoyable to begin with but the mix becomes a bit less exciting the more you get into it. Overall a pretty decent beer
