Bottle, thanks dEnk! Hazy golden pour, whiite head. Aroma is quite spicy, subtle honey, tropical fruits and peppery. Flavor is bitter spicy, quiite dry but still with nice and natural honey. Decent body, heavy carbonation. Nice brew.

Hazy golden yellow, fizzy and off white head. Clean yeast, bready and pale malts. Bit herbal. Not very expressive. Nice mouth feel, but the taste disappoints. Medium bitter, honey. Sharper ending. Grows on me, but not as good as I expected. (33cl bottle shared with and courtesy of Colin)

Bottle @ train to zeebra. Aroma has some belgian yeast, spices, a touch of honey, some caramel. Flavour is quite dry and spicy with a huge honey flavour, not too sweet but very present. Nice peppery yeast note. Great beer.

hay, spruce, golden, hazy, rocky head, white foam, light sweetness, medium bitterness, lightly sour, light body, oily feel, fizzy. Quite spicy and nice. When opening the bottle the honey is very apparent, bur over time the beer becomes dryer. Very refreshing.

Typical colour of a saison, orange and brilliant, but cloudy. White head, soapy and shortlasting. Aromas to loads of honey, with a fruity and straw nuances and a little bit of medicine. Astringent and bitter mouthfeel, with the same notes to honey, spices, herbs and medicine. Well carbonated, medium bodied and a dry after a long development. The overall is nice, but a little bit unbalanced. Strange saison, but interesting and refreshing. I’ll repeat.

330ml bottle from Archive Beer Boutique. Lots of fluffy white foam atop a deep honey amber beer. Fruity aroma with some honey sweetness added in. Full flavoured with a real sweetness which lasts and lasts. Alcohol kick in the finish, nice.

On draft at Torst. I’m a bit surprised this does not score higher - I loved it. Fresh honey and light floral aroma. Dark gold pour with a frothy crown. A honey saison, with very noticable honey and lemon but still pretty dry overall. Light floral and malt notes, plus a little tonic water. I am not a huge saison fan, but I thought this was something special - maybe it helped to get it directly from the source.

This pours a deep golden colour with a little head. This s quite a fizzy sweet tasting beer. Saying that it is still pretty light for a 8.5% beer. On a warm summers day this would be a cracking beer to gulp. I wouldn’t hesitate in buying this the next time I seen it.
