Bottle @ RBSG 2014 Grand Tasting. Black pour with a small tan head. Some graham cracker, fudge, and bourbon. Decent vanilla and lots of roasted malt...a bit of ash. Maybe some burnt sugar, decent coffee. Flavor has lots of sweet sugar, bourbon, and vanilla. Some graham cracker, dark chocolate, and fudge. Good roasted malt and coffee bitterness. Subtle oak/char. Not sure it’s an improvement on the original.

This is the best of the Evil Twin’s I’ve had. Really nice flavor and smoothness.

of all the biscotti(or even donut) breaks, this is easily the best. the barrel aging really rounds out the flavor here.

Bottle. Pours black with a dark brown head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of bourbon with lots of roasted malts, dark brains and a bit of biscotti sweetness. Flavor has much more sweetness with lots of biscotti, vanilla and bourbon with a strong back bone of dark grains and roasted malts.

Bottle. Black pour with a very short tan head. Lots of vanilla and chocolate in the nose along with toasted coconut, caramel, candy, roasted malt, dark fruit and booze. Taste is roasted malt, big vanilla, molasses, chocolate candy, coffee notes, caramel, booze and hints of dark fruit. Body is full and chewy with some syrupy notes and a very dense carbonation. Slightly warming and sticky as well. Ends with more dark chocolate and vanilla, booze, roasted malt, espresso, hints of dark fruit and burnt caramel.
