4.8 AROMA 10/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 10/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 18/20
I simply can?t find fault with this beer. I?m not sure what exactly is keeping me from giving this beer a perfect score... I guess that there might be a better beer out there. Although this one will be hard to beat. If I?m ever on death row...I might replace my final meal with this beer. Pours a thick black. Almost pours chunky. Head is dark brown and as soft looking as a pillow. Aromas are chocolate chip cookies or biscotti. Strawberries and cream, coffee too. Feels like silk in the mouth. This is deceptively smooth. No alcohol whatsoever. Just layer upon layer of milk chocolate. Fruity notes as well. Strawberries perhaps? Coffee. Sweet, sticky, and smooth. Wow. Superb. Amazing. Thanks Evil Twin for brewing this epic masterpiece.

Sweet, slightly syrupy, with with some roasty notes and strong coffee flavor. Has a bright tartness on the finish that seems to be from the coffee. Overall very good.

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 17/20
Pours a thick black with a good khaki head and lacing. Aroma is big chocolate with some nuttiness, vanilla and a little coffee. Taste is sweet chocolate with some nuttiness and something like pie crust and mocha flavored coffee. Sort of like a chocolate covered baklava with a cup of mocha. Mouthfeel is very creamy and full bodied with a low medium carbonation. Finishes with a bit of sweetness. Borders on being too sweet but doesn’t cross that line. Rich flavors that complimented the s’more I had with it sitting around a camp fire.
