COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The Roman Empire had a certain “je ne sais quoi” festive food culture, extravagant architecture and spectacular live entertainment. Some might argue the Emperors were brutal, mad and hungry for power, and the people vain when taking baths and working out all day. Listen – that’s still all part of the secret Imperial ingredient – keep it cool, clean, confident, arrogant and flamboyant. Forza Imperiale.

Wow! Thanks to David for this one. Big aroma of roasted "something" (of course it is roasted malt but it felt like fresh ground coffee and some other charred elements). Taste is more roastiness but with a nice sweetness that keeps it all balanced. Really tastes like a biscotti. Really a big porter too, packing a nice alcohol warmth. Please, please go out of your way to find this one!

Bottle. Pitch black, tan head. Rich milk chocolate, sweet, bitter dark chocolate, biscuit, nutty, and roast coffee. Very nice, a real dessert sipper.

22oz bottle, purchased at Discount Liquor Milwaukee. Pours a think, jet black color with a dark tan head. Aroma is nutty, roasty, dark chocolate. Heavy on the palate with soft, light carbonation. Flavor is sweet, tons of dark chocolate, some bitter coffee, roasted malt, with a sweet, chocolate finish that lingers for a while. Very tasty. Lives up to the hype.

Draft. Holy cow this is rich. I feel like its a liquid meal. More chocolate than coffee. Really sweet. I'm shocked actually. It's a dessert beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle thanks to ericandersnavy. Pours black with thick, creamy chocolate covered head. Aroma of cocoa, bakers chocolate, coffee and malty. Flavor is very much the same with a pleasant dark chocolate bitter. Heavy mouthfeel with low carbonation. Overall,.good shit!!!!

An imperial version of an 8.4% original? Wow. Sloppy seconds from TURDFERGUSON. Thick, oily black pour with a tan head. Nose is big coffee, toasted nuts, vanilla, and chocolate. Flavor is sweet. Palate is super rich. Great beer.

Bottle I've been saving to share but decided to open tonight. Very glad i did! Dense, viscous black pour with an orange-brown head. Aroma of coffee and licorice. Taste is big time coffee and dark chocolate. This is so good. Well balanced and blended flavored. Slippery in the mouth. Roasted coffee flavored linger. I just had a KBS this weekend and I would rather drink this. FT KBS ISO Evil Twin Imperial Biscotti Stout! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours thick black oil with a rich caramel colored head that dissipates quickly. The amazing aroma brings sweet brown sugat, coffee, and creamy malty roasted notes. The flavor brings coffee and weet roasted malts on a thick but perfect body.

Sampled at an esbls tasting. Black but a little thin looking. So much rich malts are smelled. Huge malts are tasted. Musty and dusty as well as all of that malt. Good stuff.
