Light haze on this deep amber beer, tidy off white head. Palate is smooth and crispy from fine carbonation. Minerals. Hops are surprisingly mild. A little minty coolness, tropical fruits and very subtle red berry fruits. Semi dry finish. Well joined up.

Tap at Crowbar, january 26th 2013. Clear light brown body with a small offwhite head. Aroma of grain, peach and pine. Fresh hoppy but with a rather hugh amount of grain too. Taste is crisp malt with fruity yeast and hops, bitterness is high for an apa, though body thin and watery. Dry and fruity finish.

Copper, white head. Smells of grain, citrus, green tea and malts. Medium + sweet, quite malty with a touch of fruits. Medium bitter with resins and zests. Quite drinkable pale ale; maybe a bit too true to style

Pours copper with an offwhite head. Aroma is caramle, flower and peach. Flavour is caramel, flower, peach and grapefruit.

Draft. An amber beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of fruits, yeast, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, fruits, and yeast, leading to a dry and bitter finish.

Unclear medium amber orange colour with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, moderate to heavy hoppy, citrus, grass, fruity, orange - citrus. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, dry, tropical fruit, dark citrus, dry grassy. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120912]

On tap @Lupulo Feroz. Nice hoppy aromas, fresh, citrus, herbal. Pours clear pale gold, some amber tones. light to medium body, average carbonation, crispy texture. Taste is hoppy, cascade profile very noticeable, sweetness and some fruity. Very balanced, quaffable and enjoyable. Great beer.

On tap @ Beer Temple. Amber color, a bit hazy. Dense off white head, good lacing. Aroma’s: citrus, resin, some sweet malt, with retronasal also bitter, earthy. Flavor is bitter, but not too harsh. Medium bodied. Finishes dry and with a firm bitterness.

UPDATED: NOV 10, 2012 Draught @ Beer Temple. Slightly unclear orange color, medium to full sized good lacing white to off-white head that lasts for a while. Smell malts, hops, hay, slightly cardboard. Taste malts, hayish, slightly grassy, hops, medium bitter, slightly pine. Medium body and carbonation.
