4.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 17/20
Beautiful glowing golden with a large creamy off-white head. Smells of fruity hops & bit of cookies, though slightly weak in the aroma. It all explodes in the taste though with loads of yummy fresh fruity hops and again a bit of cookies. A soft bitterness comes rolling around and finishes with an edge. Very nice, fresh stuff this!

4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Tap @ Ølbutikken: btw., I love how the new shop has an entire fridge devoted to sour beers. Lovely. It pours hazy orange, quite luminescent, with a very nice white head. Aroma has plenty of citrusy hops on a nice caramel base. Also lemon, pine, organic hops, very fresh and lovely. Taste is very fresh with nice hops, not too aggressive. Nice balance with citrus and pine in the circumference and based on the caramel/toffee. Very nice!

4.2 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Pours turbid orange with 3-finger frothy off-white head. Nose is caramel malt, mango, apricot, star fruit, pineapple. Tastes rich, on the sweet side, with a solid caramel malt bill and some peppery notes up front, but the tropical fruit takes center stage here, with nice juicy flavors of mango, pineapple, and star fruit. This one is delicious, and would work well with a fruit salad or a nice chunk of ham with a pineapple on top and a big serving of au gratin potatoes. As an APA< I see this one blowing away all but the top 5 APAs in the world in a blind taste test, and I plan on testing that hypothesis this winter.

Fresh and clean on the nose. The flavor is dry, light to medium bitter and tiny acidic. Tones of citrus, perfume, flowers and crackers. The mouthfeel is clean and crisp with medium carbonation. Citrus perfume and cracker on the finish. Quite lingering bitterness. Light bodied. Really nice.

330 ml bottle, from Ølbutikken. ABV is 5.5%. Golden colour, slightly hazy, with a huge white head. Nice aroma of citrussy hops, also some piney and "dusty" notes, hints of orange marmalade. Soft mouthfeel. Excellent flavour of citrussy and piney hops, some sweetness but not too much, well balanced and very pleasant to drink.
