@BBF12. Pours Cloudy golden with a white head. Aroma is honey, malt, flower and fruit. Flaovour is malt, honey, flower, pine and fruit. Medium bitter.

Draught @ 4th Borefts Beer Festival 2012, Brouwerij de Molen, Bodegraven, Netherlands.

Unclear - hazy medium yellow orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, moderate to heavy honey, honey wax. Flavour is moderate to light heavy sweet and light moderate bitter with a long duration, honey, honey wax, grass, herbal, malty, straw. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. I did not find any lambic !! [20120928]

Sample at Borefts Beer Festival 2012. Pours a hazy and golden beer with a white head. The aroma is malt, fruit, sweetness, flowers and a good deal of honey. The flavor follows the nose with additional notes of bitterness. The palate is flowery with some bitterness. Overall an average beer.

Borefts Beer Festival IV. Day 2. Hazy gold beer, little off white head. Light palate, semi dry. Slightly airy. Big honey! Floral notes. Bubblegum esters. Dry finish. Unusual beer and all right!

@ BBF 12. smells honye, tastes like straight honey. not complex, not waawed.

tap at De Molen Festival 2012 ...golden yellow ... hazy ... thin white head ... huge honey nose ..soft floarl fruits ... soft honey ... light bitter ... soft fruity hops.

Pale yellow colour, white head. Aroma of heather, honey, light sour touch. Sweet flavour, only light sour touch. Lots of honey, light spicy yeast. Sweet honey finish, malts, light tart.
Not much lambic but pretty drinkable.

Hazy dirty yellow, white head. Honey aroma. Nothing special, very drinkable beer. Not my taste.

On tap at Borefts 2012, Bodegraven. Pours hazy gold with a fine, white cream head. White bread and dough nose, some honey. Big sweet flavor with a robust honey character and some light hay bitters. Full bodied with fine carbonation. Sweet finish with lightly dirty hay bitterness, understated honey sugars. Not bad.
