3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Draft pour at Bridge Tap House in STL. Pours golden with a modest white head. Nose is grassy floral hops, and a bit of honey. Sort of a weird yeast note as well. A bit sweet where it should be more crisp. Huh.

2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
Aroma: (6- above average) Hay and honey with a light noble hop presence. Appearance: (3- average) Hard to judge; it didn’t look like the average pils, (being translucent and not having much of a head) but had very nice lacing besides. Flavor: (6- above average) The hops are more substantial, but not in a particularly pleasing way; hay is still present but somewhat concealed. Palate: (3- average) Medium body, sticky texture, very soft palate but an abrupt finish. Overall: An uneven beer, both for better and for worse. Could be really very good with some tweaks.

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Nice clear golden liquid with a frothy white head. Aroma is nice, a little bready with hops present. A nice crisp carbonation cuts through the hops and lightly toasted malt flavor. Low Life’s a pils Id revisit.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
This is a good, not great Pils. It’s clean refreshing and lightly hoppy, but it wouldn’t stand out in a pilsner tasting. I’d also gladly have it again.

4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Pours perfect blonde with a small head. Aroma is fruity citrus. Flavor is like a well balanced pale ale, but finishes with a very clean, grainy taste of pilesener malt.

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
An unclear one, yellow-golden in color and topped by a creamy, off-white head of two-finger size. The aroma is quite fruity, with some maltyness and grassy notes. There’s a decent bitterness in the flavor, as well as fruityness and grassy hints, some pale malts in the back. Medium body, quite dry on the palate, finishing mostly bitter. A quenching and pleasant beer

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Draft to taster at Dutch’s. Looks good; a transparent gold with white head that dissipates into sticky lacing. Smells Doug and mildly hoppy. Tastes like it smells with a touch more hops. Average on the palate. Alright.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Sample at The Pint Room. Pours a slightly hazy pale golden color with a thin white head that evaporates steadily. Strings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of herbal hops and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of grassy hops, biscuit malt and spice. The finish is mildly bitter with a floral hop aftertaste. Decent overall.
