65cl, new exclusive Danish brew Anno 2014, from Geers Oostakker, not complex sour brew, sour/malty and slightly fruity/woody, yet easy to drink, balanced, cloudy, good head, nice brew, yet expensive!

Butelka 66cl. OCZY : piwo ma kolor różowego bursztynu. Jest przejrzyste o niewielkiej pianie koloru białego. NOS : od razu czuć korzenny aromat surowego buraka. Do tego mocny aromat cytryny i skórki cytryny. Trochę zielonego jabłka i rabarbaru.

Tap @ Oersoep. Pink orange color. Only a hint of red berries in the aroma. Thin and sharp. Red berries flavor. The sourness is not dominant.

Keg at Craft Clerko, 19/08/14. Crimson meets orange with moderate off white spotting and edgeing. Nose is tangy citric peel, bitter red berry vibes, light fruit balsams, earthy root vegetables, lemon rind. Taste comprises a hint of smoke, red berry fruit sours, earthy rhubarb, beetroot mud, dirty. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, closes with a touch of acidity and tang. Decent ’Linner.

Ruby/pink hue yields mild wisps of white head & lace. Smells like prickly pear cactus & mild raspberries. Both carry over into the taste, joining the moderate acidity and yogurty Berliner base. Dangerously drinkable.

Keg at Craft Beer Co Clerko. It pours hazy orange-red with a small white head. The nose is earthy, beetroot, tangy, vinegar, candy and boiled sweets. The taste is tart, lactic, earthy beetroot, light acidity, white vinegar, with a dry finish finish. Light-medium body and fine carbonation. I’m not a huge fan of the beetroot. Earthy and tame tartness. So-so.

On tap at Cafe Sara, Oslo. Inviting nose with sourness and fruit. Mild tartness, sweetness and the beetroot blend in very well. Would be lovely with (Danish) food.

On tap at Cafe Sara, august 12th 2014. deep red body with a white to pink small head. Aroma of slightly sour fruit, light malty, citrus. taste is quite juicy, something I expect is the beetroot dominates, with tart berries, caramel, sour cream and beetroot in the finish. Enjoyable, hope I’m not all red around my throat after this one.
