600 ml bottle from Gulating. Hazy slightly reddish golden body with a moderate sized off white head with a hint of pink. Aroma is fruity, berries and definitively acidic, floral and some kind of spices that’s difficult to identify. Flavor has acidic berries, sour fruit, light caramel malt, earthy beetroot, pepper and lemmon. Thin body that match the beer perfect and a long lasting tart/acidic/lactic fruity aftertaste with the same kind of unidentified spices from aroma. It’s a really complex beer that deserves some time, and its rather difficult to identify all the flavors, but in the end it actually ends up a bit too acidic for my stomach. Still a nice one, but something this complex would probably gain on a bit higher drinkability as I need quite a lot of this too make a prober rating.

Bottle from Tanakaya. Pours a clear copper with a nice off-white head and champagne like-carbonation bubbles. Rhubarb, lemon, shiso and a slight earthy (beet-like) aroma as it warms. Taste is rhubarb and lemon zest with the licorice coming in on the finish. Nicely tart. Excellent carbonation throughout. Dry and crisp and super refreshing. Wonderful!

Bottle, shared with phantomhennes and KvM. Dark orange, hazy, rapidly fading head. Lightly tart aroma. Rhubarb, unripened berries, earthy undertones, spritzy and tart with a slightly salty finish. Very much authentic and to style. Excellent.

Aroma is slight tang, sour grapes, honey and yeast.Taste is light sweet malts that isn’t too complex but overshadowed by sour grapes and funk. This beer is all over the place. Not overly pleasant. Appearance is a hazy orange and a thin pearl head that retains fairly well.

Bottle shared with daje, Simonsen & edvard at The "Esp0r #2000 Weekend in The Woods" 2014
Very orange, hazy, thin white head. Smell of red beets, carrot, tart fruits. Light sweet, quite tart, moderate sour, alot of beets, quite refreshing. Very good idea to make a berlinerweisse with red beets. Lovely stuff

Pours red-tinged amber with a white head. Nose shows earthy beetroot notes and lemon. Flavours include more of the same with big acidity and some light fruit. Pretty awesome and unorthodox.

650ml bottle pours a golden orange color with some pinkish hues with a finger of fizzy white head that settles quickly leaving no lacing on the glass. Aroma is lemon with some malty notes. Taste is a lemony tartness with a malty sweetness. Light bodied with mild carbonation. An interesting brew, but not really my style.

Bottle from Mane Liquor. Won’t b the last time I have this. So beetrooty with a very pleasing juiciness to it. I really am digging this. Went down way too easily and has a tasty tartiness to finish. Fantastic
