COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Named after an antagonist movie character with a violent temper and a propensity for drooling, furthermore brewed amongst mad-ish Scottish dogs. Nevertheless is this beer far from mad itself. You’ll find it a very pleasant, peaceful and a loyal Pale Ale – woof.

33cl bottle @ The Bishops Arms Vasagatan, Stockholm. Clear dark orange color, full sized off-white head. Smell malts, green apple, lightly hops. Taste malts, light to moderately hoppy, lightly fruity, decently bitter. Medium carbo and body.

Best F-ing pale ale ever. Bottle. Pours dark, dark, dark for a PA. Medium off white head. Lively aroma full of hops. Malty back bone. Light body, medium carbonation. Slight bitter finish. Perfect.

On tap at the Porter Beer Bar. Pours a clear orange amber with a near white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of deep grassy hops with a hint of grapefruit and backing earthy grains. Flavor has a good amount of grapefruit up front with some resin and a hint of grain backbone.

33cl bottle. Poured deep amber, lasting thick white head. Aroma has caramel, cats piss, wood and some herbal twist. Flavor has fruity hops, slight harshness, pine and malt. Biting short finish with some grapejuice. Thin, not very balanced.

330ml bottle. Pine and fruity aromas. Pours hazy pale gold, with nice white head, poor lacing. Light body, high carbonation, cripy texture. Taste is pine, mild bitter, some citrus. Nice aftertaste, dry and clean. Quite enjoyable.

Aroma: Smelling toffee, butter scotch, honey, pine needles, resin, grape-fruit.
Appearance: A clear amber brew with an off-white head leaving little lacing and small curtains.
Taste: A taste of loaf of bread, then citric, grape-fruit peel.
Palate: Medium low carbonation, fresh with a small body, a dry finish.
Overall: A fresh, nice, hoppy APA.
