Named after an antagonist movie character with a violent temper and a propensity for drooling, furthermore brewed amongst mad-ish Scottish dogs. Nevertheless is this beer far from mad itself. You’ll find it a very pleasant, peaceful and a loyal Pale Ale – woof.

Bottle. Pours a deep orange/brown with a dissipating white head. Aroma of white wine, English hops, English malts, toffee, oranges. Flavour is very very subtle - almost to the point of it tasting like sparkling water! Very light hints of above-mentionned qualities. Not a lot to say about this since there isn’t much to comment on. Very low complexity, very high acidity. Probably best described as a "nothing thing". Oh dear Evil Twin.

Highly overpriced but a decent all around beer! Pours a dark copper w/ bubbly tan head & spotty lacing. The aroma is malt & caramel. The taste follows suit as it’s quite malfy, some caramel, & a tiny hint of hops in the finish. Slightly chewy mouthfeel & overall ok.

This is a beer that is light and smooth and is something you would find in NY. Fresh and wonderful.

"A nice floral and fruity pale ale that is more similar to your average iPa in bitterness but is much more sessionable. Digging the finish and complexity in the lightweight package, but the price tag is prohibitive. "

A stinky aroma of wet socks and malt. Dark caramel color, with no head taste of sour mash and malt. Watery feel with a bitter burnt finish.

Pours deep reddish brown with a thick off white head. Medium bodied and sweet, malty aroma. Some nice bittering hops, but it has a stale quality in the aftertaste.

Pours a deep amber color with a decent head and some lacing. Aroma of malt sweetness, citrus, and bit of grain. Taste of malt, citrus, and caramel sweetness. Nice bitterness and a dry finish. Medium body, crisp with a nice malt presence and nicely balance. Enjoyable beer that goes down easy.
