English: Did you like Before During and after Christmas? Maybe thought it pored brilliantly, the alcohol was admirable well hidden and you loved how the arrogant amount of hops numbed you. This beer will knock your tongue off, essentially due to the obscure amount of hops that went down this explosive fella – it’s a tour de force in hoppyness and by far the craziest beer ever made from Evil Twin – but not the last.

On tap @ Bell + Whete. Pours deep dark orangish copper, with a thin white head that fades quickly. Aroma is syrupy caramel malt, only lightly sweet, with oaky earthy undertones. Hops are there but relatively light for the style; floral, aromatic, fresh cut grass. Taste is huge thick coating caramel malt, big wheat notes, somewhat harsh on the finish as the alcohol cuts through. Hops standout much more here, with big citrus, pine, and floral notes. Quite strong and boozy, though seems a bit smaller than 13%. Hops cut the sweetness well. A little unbalanced, but pretty sure that’s the intent here.

Orange with a lasting head. Full body makes you cognizant of the magnitude of the beer. Alcohol presence is well hidden though. Aroma a little subdued but is all hops - citrus, peach some pine. Taste is stark contrast and is sweet malt driven. A little vinous with some hints of tangerine. Medium bitter tail. Not a perfect balance but still a very well-crafted IPA.

Pours medium golden amber, white head leaves thick lacing trail. Nose is full of citrus and stone fruits. Taste continues, peach skin sticks out. Moderate bitterness slices through a mostly pale malt base. Medium body, high boost.

Really good spicy and hopy beer. Citrus and orange among the smell and the taste of this beer. Really worth to taste.

A dark amber color with a bit of white head. Strong pine aroma with a touch of grapefruit. Alcohol is well hidden. Full mouth feel. Taste is a great mix of sweet caramel from malt and bitter earth pine nuts from the hops. A very impressive well balanced brew!

Aroma of lots of pine and citrus. Taste is pine and citrus, a punch of alcohol, tons of bitterness and rather dry. Great one to try.

33 cl bottle @ home. Pours cloudy amber with some sediment and a white head that leaves quite a bit of lacing. Aroma and flavour are citrus, caramel, pine, and resin - with a bitter finish. ABV is pretty well hidden.

Bottle from Archive Beer Boutique December 2013. An explosion off goodness in your mouth that leaves you feeling dazed and confused, Molotov cocktail indeed.

A dark orange beer with a medium and blond head. The nose is strongly malty, caramell, rainy pine forest, some fruits, peaches. Taste is strongly caramelly but also lots of bitterness to balance, alcohol can be noticed, peaches, pine needles. Full bodied, low carbonation, still nice to drink and not heavy at all. Simple but interesting monster DIPA. Good balance against the sweetness and bitterness and there are both of them a huge amount. Surprisingly easy to drink.

Good head and aroma. Malty floral hop smell up front with some bitter undertones. The alcohol is hidden well for being 13%. I would drink again.
