3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 15/20
Draft. Dark golden with white head. Fruity hop aroma. Sweet and a touch grassy up front, intensely tropical hop flavors. Hint boozy too (in a good way). Pine hop shows up late (1/2 way through the glass). Very tasty and unusual IIPA.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle from Mitsuya’s Liquors. Poured into an English tulip pint. Pours a cloudy golden orange with a small white head that leaves a rim around the beer throughout. Aromas of citrus, honey, caramel and some piney resiny hops as well. Syrupy mouthfeel with a full body. Overtly sweet on the palate with a little bitterness but nothing like the description on the bottle says. Alcohol starts to show as it warms up. Finish is slightly warming with the sweetness still there and a bit of pepper. Not bad, just not up to what Evil Twin usually makes. Kind of average at best.

2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Bottle: Poured a hazy beige/orangey color ale with a small foamy head. Aroma of dry hoppy notes with loads of residual sugar notes and also plenty of ethanol notes. Taste is hoppy and somewhat bitter with way too much residual sugars and way too much ethanol notes. Body is full with medium carbonation. Unbalanced and incredibly messy IIPA that I won’t be revisiting any time soon.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
UPDATED: MAY 9, 2015 Taster at Beer for Geeks. Evil twin Molotov a deep glowing copper with a sweet orange & caramel nose. Medium bodied with a syrupy texture. The taste is syrupy sweet , orange, biscuit, caramel, yum but over the top. Molotov cocktail 13% on tap at Gwangan.
A deep copper pour with a big foamy light beige head. Syrupy full body. The taste is syrupy sweet & malty with fairly mild hoppiness but it is 4.5 months old. OK. A step away from as U.S. Style barleywine.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 17/20
Hazy yellow color, small white head. Really poor appearance for a style. Bready aroma, hops, fruits, some pine. Sweet taste, sugary, alcohol is nowhere to be seen. Full body, soft carbonation with sweet finish.

0.355L bottle. Clear golden body with massive creamy head. Stays. Rotten potato and dog urine aroma. Sweet little s**t :) Raisin soup? Some clever spices kills alcohol taste. Floral, soy and woman perfume flavours. Some half hard, bitter-spiced finish. Something new for me.
