English: Did you like Before During and after Christmas? Maybe thought it pored brilliantly, the alcohol was admirable well hidden and you loved how the arrogant amount of hops numbed you. This beer will knock your tongue off, essentially due to the obscure amount of hops that went down this explosive fella – it’s a tour de force in hoppyness and by far the craziest beer ever made from Evil Twin – but not the last.

12 oz. bottle purchased about 6 or 7 months ago... Damn, really thought it was a barely wine, well, it is now! Orange / Amber color with thin head. Aroma has turn into a huge malt level. Biscuit, caramel, toffee...

Flavor is again the malt coming through but it still does posses a mild underlying bitterness that has a grapefruit or citrus rind note. The ABV is only barley noticeable and for 13 percent, not distracting at all. The mouthfeel is slightly sticky and syrupy but the bitterness helps balance that. After my error in the style classification this turn out really well.

Fairly heavy, warming pithy fruity hazy dark amber with offwhite head. not much on aroma but hops certainly make themselves known in taste!

Bottle from dranken Geers. Hazy orange colour, white foam. Medium carbonation. Fruity aroma with lots of grapefruit, sweet peach and notes of honey. Bit on the sweet side. Bitter hoppy finish. Good, a little bit too sweet.

Very thick beer, mostly piney grassy and citrus hops, a good bit of sweet pale malts. Big barleywine kind of mouthfeel. Alcohol is well hidden and the hops and malt are well balanced

On tap at Revo...pours a hazy orangish amber with a frothy white head. Wow is this smooth for a 13% DIPA. Aroma of citrus, pine, resin, sweet pale malts, caramel like malts, alcohol and grapefruit. Taste is a big thick mouthfull of ctrusy, piney, grapefruity like hops with rich sweet malts but in a very good and complex balance. No alcohol bite but a slight warmth, no hop bitterness astringency but a light bitterness to balance with the sweetness of the malts. Overall an excellent beer that’s executed to near perfection.

Pours amber with a small head. Nose shows sherbet, caramel, pine, resinous hops. Intensely sweet flavours, more pine and resinous hops though. Booze is hidden well.

Pours a luscious slightly hazy orange/ dark golden with a medium offwhite head. Aroma is strong ripe fruits/ fruit cake with some orange marmalade and peaches blending alcoholic fumes, sweet malts and fruity hops, really good. Flavor is same fruitiness with some honeyish sweetness, some sherriness and nice gentle bitter aftertaste. Heavy palate, complex but very well hidden alcohol. More of an American Barley Wine than a Double IPA.
