Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is brown. Aroma and taste are caramel, candy sugar, malt and hops. Very sweet beer.

50 cl. bottle nicely pulled from the fridge. Pours a nicely kobber brown with a cappochino-liked head that tends to fade a little. The nose is clearly belgian inspired, and closing your eyes you clesarly see the monks filling their bottles down there. Lots of cane sugar, caramels, some cinamon and christmas spices. Finaly there is a faint hint of laqurice. The taste is very sweet - a complex sweetness, with lots of cane sugar and caramels. The palate is smooth and not that lively. Maybe a bit too sweet for my buds, but a bulls eye for my wife. This beer would be perfect to be served with hardcore cheeces. A long sweet and malty finish that stays with you all the way.
