50 cl bottle @ home. Pours dark brown with a tiny off-white head that quickly disappears. Aroma is sweet with plenty of malt, yeast, caramel, and a hint of liquorice. Flavour is malty, yeasty and slightly vinous.

Draft. Small off-white head, hazy dark-brown body. Aroma is moderately sweet, sugar cane, caramel, some orange, light cotton candy. Taste is moderately sweet, brown sugar, some cane sugar, light caramel, orange. Sticky medium-full body, low carbonation.

Bottle at DSG 2011. Dark brown colour with a beige head. Aroma is alcohol, sugar, caramel. Flavour is sugar, malt, alcohol, belgian yeast, caramel. Nice/OK beer.

200ml from tap at Schouskjelleren. Mahogany coloured body, spotty lacing from a filmy layer. Malt-fruity aroma. Taste a bit like sweet jam with its malt-fruity flavour added by ripe banana and spices. Bittersweet, dried fruits to the ending. Medium bodied and pleasant (Oslo, 23.01.2012).

Bottle @ Danish Summer Gathering, Ulfborg 2011. Raisin brown color with a tiny head. Very sweet malty aroma, brown sugar, dried fruit, spices. Taste is very sweet, sugary, malty, rasisns, brown sugar. I know the intention was to be that sweet, but it looses a bit on balance, could have been even better. Still nice though
