Clear dark brown colour with a average, frothy, good - fair lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, brew mash ! brown sugar - candy, moderate yeasty, phenol - alcohol, yeast, sweet candy yeast. Flavour is heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, burnt caramel - malt sugar, yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. IMO to sweet and sugary for me .. [20110820]

Bottled. A dark red beer with a tan head. The aroma has notes of berries, malt, candy sugar, and over ripe fruits. The flavor is very sweet with notes of candy sugar, malt, dried fruits, and a bit of yeast, leading to a dry finish, where the alcohol tickles the tongue lightly.
