0.5 l bottle, thanks Timo A! Hazy reddish brown color. Sweet aroma of figs, raisins. Sweet rich flavor with figs, raisins, dark sugar, nuts, toffee and maybe hint of clove, pepper and warming alcohol. Full body, oily palate with low carbonation. Nice dessert sipper.

Pours dark amber with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, dried fruits and caramel. Taste is heavy sweet and light to medium bitter. Body is full, texture is oily, carboantion is soft.

From a 0.5L bottle, shared by Bergen Ratebeer Crew @Club Gonzo’s. A deep brownish-amber colored beer, topped by a low coarse blond head. Heavy caramel-sugary aroma with a sweet fruit-cocktail scent. Also a whiff of phenols and higher alcohols. Taste has a substantial fruit-sweetness, along with toffee and molasses tones. Sparsely hopped. Juicy mouthfeel. Feels full in the mouth, due the big amount of residual sugars. Alcohol warmth and a lingering sweet fruity/caramelly ending. Did easily fill my sweet tooth, and more.

Draft at blue monk, deep brown pour, light tan head. Malty aroma, brown sugar, molasses. Sweet sugary flavor, ginger snaps, molasses, cookies. Decent flavorful brown. Dessert beer

The aroma has a lot of sweet malts with raisin and caramel. Dark red-brown coloured beer with an off-white head. The taste is sweet, has sugar, caramel and raisin. Bit one-dimensional.

Pours dark ruby red colour with small head. Aroma of sweet malts, clove, grass, light caramel and sugar candy. Flavour of caramel, sweet malts, haym nuts, flour, sugar and ripe fruits. Something familiar to german beers on the nose, probably just the sweet malts.
