I’m such a fan of evil twin. And Noma was the best restaurant in the world. So my expectations were a bit high. Too high. Guess I don’t really know my dunkels very well. The hops were very grassy, quite bland. It’s malty and dry. Just doesn’t push the buttons of this IPA, stout drinker.

Bottle from Hop Hideout, Sheffield. Lightly hazy, reddy brown. Off white, lasting head. Aroma is sweet malt, grain, herb. Taste is light sweetness, then dry. Some bitterness. Medium body. Nothing at all to get excited about. Disappointing.

Bottle. Brown beer with a strong foamy head. The aroma is yeasty with some bitterness, and the flavour is bitter with mellow yeasty and roastedness. Overall a nice yeasty and mellow bitter and roasted beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
