Nomads; constantly moving, ’round and ’round; sometimes settle, if just for a bit. Perhaps the muse moves one to brew a sharp and clean session beer, one inspired by the Berliner-weisse of old, and the nomad rests. Enjoy this beer, here, there, perhaps north of Madison Square Park, in lovely New York City. Wherever you are, this beer was made nice, simply for you.

Berliner Weisse in a can!! Bitching! Purchased at 7-11 Kittery, ME. Tons of bubbles carbonation in a cloudy gold liquid. Aroma is lacto, lemons and sour grain.

The flavor is sour grain, lemon juice, green apple and wheat. The acidic and tart flavors are low in a light body. The body is thin and fizzy but overall this is refreshing and very drinkable Berliner that can be found in a can. Enjoyable and a real easy to drink for a lover of the style.

12 oz. can. Golden amber pour with a medium white head, lots of lacing. Aroma of mineral water, sweet fruit, wheat, mild tartness. Flavor has a mild tartness with a significant amount of sweetness. Sluggish on the palate. Average carbonation. This is a let down. This is probably the last Evil Twin beer I will ever buy.

Pours a cloudy yellow with a thin, short lived white head. Fruit, champagne, citrus and funk aroma. Lemon, funk, tart, biscuit and grain flavors. Light body and modest carbonation. Funk, tart and lemon finish.

Pours lightly hazy golden yellow with a small white head. The aroma has some sourness, crisp wheat, light wildness, bits of spice and smooth lemon. It has a light body that starts crisp, then gets more lush and smooth and has light carbonation. The flavor starts with citric acidity, wheat malt that borders rich and crisp and a touch of saltiness. The finish has light bugginess and pepper. Great easy drinking summer beer. Hope I can get this for a little while.

12oz can pours semi clear toasted orange with a finger of fading head. Nose is crisp cheesy lacto acidity and cereal malt. Taste is nice tart lemony citrus lacto with solid cereal, corn flake backbone that holds up the acidity but doesn’t overstep. Finish is juicy lacto tart lemon, orange, cheese, cereal.

White yellow pour from a GCt can. Not really a big fan of the style and from can on train is suboptimal

Pours a slightly hazy pale yellow with a small white head. Smells like sweat, urine, and rotting veg. Sour, lactic wheat flavor. Just not good. And I like sour beers! Lingering lacto flavor. Drain poured it.

Can from CBX. Hazy yellow body with a medium white head. Citrus, lemon, orange peel, yeast. Really refreshing. Tart light bitter aftertaste. Delicious.
