Some people we know - the write about beers, and they have called those of us at Evil Twin Brewing ínomads.í
Other people we know - they build a hotel and restaurant, and their neighborhood didnít really have a name, so they called that íNoMad.í
And how interesting that both nomads and those in NoMad enjoy a Brett-fermented Wit beer with notes of coriander and orange peel.
So, no matter what - hit the road or hunker down... this beer was made nice, just for you.

nice subtle coriander and orange, and a faint hit of dry brett, making this more interesting than the avg wit. Slightly sweet and tart finish.

Very light lager-esk aroma. Appearance is a lovely golden copper, little to no head. Taste: light sweetness, medium bitterness. Verdict: Worth a try but overall I do not think I would pick this up again.

Pours hazy pale yellow with a finger of white head. Aroma of citrus and lime, wheat, apples. Taste is medium apple tart with citrus and lime sour finish. Light, crisp body with average carbonation.

Bottle. Hazy gold, thin head that vanished fast. Aroma is floral, wheat, very mild coriander and a nice amount of citrus.

The Brett funky notes are subtle but last through out the entirely of the sip. Has a pretty decent hop profile that shows citrus. Bretty and hoppy in a decent balance. Very light musty basement hint. Happens to my my 3800th rating overall.

An ok beer all around. Pours a cloudy orange with a white head. Our bottle overflowed with foam when opened. Smells of lemon and coriander, with a saison background. Taste is very dry, almost wine-like. Lots of lemon and grapefruit, with some hops in the finish. Had in the bottle.

Bottle - pours foggy gold with a white head. Iím getting the orange and spice notes, nice bitterness that lingers. This isnít really my style, but itís well done.

Bottle from unknown place. Pours yellow with a white head. Leaves a little bit of lacing. Fairly big Brett on the nose along with the orange peel and coriander. Itís quite pungent but in a good way. The Brett really amplifies the traditional wit notes on the tongue. Finishes clean. Really dug this interesting take on a classic style.

Refrigerated brown bomber poured into a weizen glass. Pours hazy orange with yellow hightlights. Aroma is light coriander, medium body, well carbonated (but dies quickly), and little lacing. Taste is coriander, grainy, some brett, hints of orange peel, and dry finish. Just not that good.

Bomber from Rays in Tosa. No bottle date. Pours a hazy yellowish orange with a white head that leaves some nice streaks of lace. Aroma has lemons and sweet fruits, coriander, some grains (wheat?). Taste is of sweet fruits, lemon zest, some spices, and dusky grains. Kind of a muddle - may be old. Light to medium bodied and quite dry. Finishes surprisingly long for style, with sweetness and dry grainyness, and some bitterness. Shrug? If it had been cleaner, this could have been solid.
