Some people we know - the write about beers, and they have called those of us at Evil Twin Brewing ínomads.í
Other people we know - they build a hotel and restaurant, and their neighborhood didnít really have a name, so they called that íNoMad.í
And how interesting that both nomads and those in NoMad enjoy a Brett-fermented Wit beer with notes of coriander and orange peel.
So, no matter what - hit the road or hunker down... this beer was made nice, just for you.

On draught
Pours a hazy straw yellow with a good head and nice lacing on the glass.

The aroma is tricky but nice some limestone, some orange, mild funkiness with lots of pineapple and a bit of floral character.

The flavor is pretty pineapple and citrus forward while keeping things dry. Itís also got a good dosing of leafy hoppiness. The spiciness is pretty well subdued but most defiantly a complimentary flavor.

A pretty cool interpretation of the style.
