Congratulations, you have just managed to get your hands on Russian Roulette - a rare kind of collaboration between Evil Twin Brewing (Denmark) and OMNIPOLLO (Sweden).

This beer would best be described as an IPA with a twist. A twist that will reveal itself first after you "bust some caps".

One thing remains sure however, if you like hops and the lush texture of a well crafted beer this will have you smiling as you face your destiny.

Good luck,
Jeppe (Evil Twin Brewing) and Henok (OMNIPOLLO)

Bottle. Pours black with a thick beige that sticks around. Nice aroma, pine, grapefruit and coffee. Taste has similar flavours but perhaps is less hoppy and the rich roasty malt comes through harder. Medium body with a long very bitter finish that I quite like, sticks around for ages. Very nice

Bottle from toft vin.pitch dark. light brown head (large, fluffy, some of it smooth). very nice roasted malty and hoppy (pine, fruit peel) aroma. the dark malts are quite strong in the aroma. Flavor is bitter roasted malts, notes of cofee bitterness, lots and lots of bitter hops and a little flowery hops in the middle, then bitter roasted malts in the end. Very nice dark ipa indeed. high on bitterness. Now, i wonder how many bottles i’l have to buy to get to taste the other one...

Bottle @ home. Aroma is fruity and floral hops, slight sweaty touch. Flavour is medium hop bitterness with loads of flavour, fruity, floral, nelson madness. Some malty notes but it’s the hops that shine here. Great stuff.

50cl bottle shared by Arve_Christian. Pours black with a small off-white head. Heavy hoppy aroma with grapefruit, pine, tropical fruits, roasted malt and hints of coffee and chocolate. Sweet and slightly fruity with some roasty notes. Long grapefruit aftertaste with hints of darks chocolate. Full body and flavour. Very nice BIPA! (2012-06-16)
