Draught @ Orsted Olbar, Norre Farimagsgade 13, 1364 Copenhagen, Denmark.

Unclear medium orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, moderate hoppy, orange - citrus, fruity, tropical fruits, light mandarin. Initail flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and moderate to heavy bitter, finish flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and heavy with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120529]

Draft. A murky dark golden beer wit a lazing white head. The aroma has notes of yeast, fruits, butter, and herbs. The flavor is sweet with notes fo malt, hopd, grass, and flowers, leading to a bitter finish. Quite English in its expression.

From tap at Ørsted Ølbar. Pours cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is cornish. Mild butterish. Crisp hoppy and light citrusy. Bitter and grapefruity into a dry and bitter finish.

Draught at Ørsted Ølbar. Hazy orange coloured with a medium sized white head. Fruity aroma of hops and pine needles with notes of citrus. Fruity flavour of grass, hops and grapefruits with notes of licorice powder. Very dry hoppy finish.

Draft @ Ørsted Ølbar, Copenhagen. Pours a hazy yellow golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty citrus hoppy aroma. Fruity malty citrus hoppy bitter flavor. Has a fruity malty hoppy bitter finish.

Cloudy blond color with creamy head. It takes some time to express a delicate and harmonious aroma of fruits, oranges and bergamot, with a trace of jasmine flowers and yeast; some toffee too (to be noted, after some time the aroma becomes more vulgar, with vague traces of vegetables). It has a good body strength; the mouthfeel is smooth and apparently quite dry (but that is just the high IBU); the flavor is a good mix of malt caramel and toffee; strong hopping, bringing a good share of fruits and resins; so far everything is perfect, but then we realize that the bitterness is excessive, unbearable, and the final spoils the experience.
It needs some tuning.

Draught at Ørsted Ølbar. Cloudy golden/amber - white head. Nice bitterness. Fruity. Knækbrød. Toasted. Fatness. Light butterscotch. Light wierd rotten fruity herbal milkey off notes. Started good... ended wierd !!!

Chopp. Hazy orange colour with a medium white head, ok lacing. Fruity citrus (old) hoppy caramel malty aroma. Good mouthfeel. Flavour has fruity piney like hops with citrus, caramel and some toasty malt. Good bitterness.

Draft at Orsted Olbar, Copenhagen. Hazy gold beer, tidy cream coloured head. Soft palate with a little fine carbonation. Quite a sweet lacto malt base with a little raw grain. Bitter elderflower with perfumed floral notes on top. Mild citrus - well buried. FInishes soft with more of the same and a trace of hop skunk. Perfumed aftertaste. A very floral IPA.

Pours murky yellow with a nice, staying, creamy, yellowish white head. Aroma has sweet resin, peach, apricot, pine and grapfruit. Medium carbonation, light and slightly dry mouthfeel. Flavour is fresh and "green" bitter, piney, peach, Galia. Somewhat grainy making it a bit messy. Fine dry and creamy finish. Okay.
