Bottle at home, BB2015 but consumed tonight. Pours hazy golden with rich foamy white head. Medium body, creamy and silky mouthfeel, good lacing, slightly over-carbonated (unless it was the side-effects of being stored and consumed after its proper time). Dry chalky finish with bitter aftertaste. Yeasty aromas with hints of honey, summer fruits, maybe some herbal spices like coriander, hints of bread malts, lime peel, citrus, some light sweetness in the back. A real beast!

Bomber. Pours a hazy orange with a white head and aroma of spices and brett. Taste is of funky brett notes with spices, cloves, and light yeast into the spiced finish.

With Z, a bomber, pour a rusty golden yellow color with a white head. Nose is spicy, yeasty with brett . Taste is spicy with cloves, yeast and brett. A dry, moderately long acidic finish . Quaff Score 7 / 10

Rating #1227 09.08.2014 - Bottle from CBI Pours a hazy straw colour with a frothy white head and lots of lace. Aroma is huge brett funk - Clean mouthfeel, medium carbonation, mild alcohol warmth. Taste is a crisp sweetness, tempered with herbal notes, mild pepperiness, and a healthy blast of brett. Great saison. Unreal aroma and depth of character.

Excellent take on the style. The aroma is mostly caramel malt with some fruit and a hint of barn. Flavor is bittersour, with a little sweet and citrus in the back. Body is softish. Easy drinking. Damn fine product.

Golden body, lightly cloudy. Medium white head. Funky aromas, haye, some citrus notes and spicies. Flavour of Belgian yeast, lots of different spices, hay, light citrus notes. I really like it. I don't get all the complexity though. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bought from Buffalo, drunk in Toronto. Pours a very cloudy orange-blond with some fluffy white head. Spicy brett nose than leans a little toward the vinegar with a little grape and grassy malt. Taste is a spicy brett, with flavours of pepper, mild vinegar tang, and a hay malt. Overall a very nice beer, but it’s picante-y nature doesn’t lend as well to being a sipper, unless you’re in the mood and see it coming.

22oz from the Bodega. First of all, the head is outrageous. Totally over foamy. The smell is distinct spice saison. Taste is nice. I’d usually have more to say, but I drank this with really spicy Thai food.

Pours a clear golden with a dull white head. Sour nose. Sour flavor. Just another sour beer.

65cl bottle, shared with friends. Pours super golden with big white frothy head, perfect appearance. The nose is very lemony and sweet. Very Belgian flavour: the yeast dominates but there’s also an appreciable amount of hops. Some sour notes on the aftertaste, far from a lambic though and very easy going. Medium mouthfeel, slightly over carbonated. Nice saison.
