Tap at The Six Gill in Fremont, but weeks ago at this point. Nice funky grassed out nose, hints of lemons and citrus. Flavors are what you’d expect, funky barnyard, grass, and a nice hint of spice towards the finish. Good, but could be a bit louder as far as my palate goes.

Hazy tan with a decent head. Funky barnyard tartness expressed in the bouquet. The body is decidedly tart and twangy with that barnyard funk and farmhouse quality. A saison with a strong personality and with some Flanders character.

22oz bottle in a tulip. Pours hazy golden with a lacy, white head. Aroma of light Brett, some funky notes, a nice pale maltiness, hints of light fruits, and a little banana. Flavor the same with a good blend. Average texture. Not bad at all but the fruitiness is a little weird.

Bottle (22 oz). Thanks Kevin! Hazy yellow with a medium off-white head and some lacing. Aroma is mostly herbal with yeast, lemony/citrus notes and light funk. Taste is slightly sweet with herbal notes, yeast, lemon/citrus, brettanomyces and a never ending herbal finish. Medium body. Good carbonation. Dry finish. Very drinkable and quenching. Nice Saison.
