3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
65o mL bottle. Lovely, hazy yellow-gold with a huge, fluffy white head. It’s got that definitive saison aroma, with citrus, herbs, and funk. Not necessarily in that order. The brett adds an interesting dimension to the flavour - ups it a level. it doesn’t quite drown everything else out, which is nice. High carbonation.

Very nice aroma. Grapefruit like aroma. Bone dry finish. Medium bitterness, lightly sour from the brett. Refreshing.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Cloudy yellow body with a big, white, creamy, long-lasting head, good lacing. Strong and crisp aroma that is dominated by gentle funk. Also saison yeast and citrus. Light sweet and medium bitter taste. Restrained funky flavour with citrus and honey-like sweet components. Medium body, quite lively carbonation, very dry texture, bordering on astringent. A different and exciting saison, even though I’m still not a big fan of brett.

4.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bomber. Foaming gusher. Pours a hazy pale gold that positively glows. Huge white dense head that takes a long time to dissipate, leaving lots of scuzzy lacing. Aroma is bretty funk, bread, lemon. Flavor is moderately bretty funk, a lot of doughy malt, good hit of tropical fruit. Mildly tart. Light, creamy palate. Quite good.

3.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
When you smell it, it feels like a lambic but, in my opinion, it is too dry on the palate and is missing the tartness. Overall, it is a great beer.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Pours slightly hazy dark golden color with huge white head. Bottle actually foamed over after opening. It took a good ten minutes to pour due to lots of foaming (actually drank another beer while waiting for head to settle). Aromas of brett and dough. Brett flavor dominated with some fruitiness and doughiness. Light to medium body with lively carbonation and a dry finish. Nice beer.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle is a gusher, foams out after opening. Pours a jazzy golden orange with lots of off-white fluffy head that takes forever to dissipate and leaves great lacing. Aroma of funky Belgian yeast, hints of tart citrus, spice, and grassy floral notes. Taste is funky yeast, tart bitter citrus, and floral notes. Pretty damn good.
