3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
A nice rye Hef/farmhouse. Pours a cloudy yellow with a white head. Smells good, with obvious eye, some grapefruit, citrus, pink lemonade, sage and thyme. Taste is quite citrus acid right up front with that rye bite. And some champagne. Finishes abruptly with classic beer and herby flavors. Three middle-aged women with head scarfs driving through Santa Barbara in their convertibles, when they hit this time warp to an 80s LA dive bar, that is what we taste. Had in the bottle.

Keg at BBF ’6, 27/09/14.
Lightly hazed golden with a moderate white covering that retains well.
Nose is citric peel, straw, lemon rind, yeast esters.
Taste comprises bitter orange, citric peel, spice, hint of apricot, subtle brett, yeasty notes.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close, crisp and clean.
Decent enough refreshing saison, brett is only just noticeable for me.

On tap @ Borefts 2014. #10.
Body is hazy yellow,
Head is very large, rocky and creamy, cream white, fully lasting, excellent lacing.
Nose is sour and salty,
Aroma is biscuit, flowers and parfume, orange and lemon, light bubble gum, apple, later hoppy.
Taste is medium sweet, light bitter, medium fruity sour.
Finish is average lasting light sweet, long lasting medium hoppy bitter.
Medium to full body, oily and creamy texture, soft carbonation. Delicious, easy fruity beer. Got it for free as I needed to wait a bit to fill my glass without the tons of foam, many thanks!

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Certainly a saison yeast, lightest of Brett. Very summery, some herbs. Great taste, crisp and dry yet full enough also due to the active carbonation. Well hopped, tanines in the end. Nice! (On tap at Borefts 2014)
