Une saison axée sur les agrumes prolongés par une amertume modeste mais funky. Une excellente source de brett, buvabilité débilitante.

Bottle. Golden orange pour, large white head. Grain, light funk, citrus, hops, light fruity esters, and some earthy spice. Brett is mild, but dried the beer out a little.

Bottle poured a bright golden orange color with a covering of white head that held a thick ring on the glass. Aroma has brett, earthy yeast, wheat, citrus, and light oak. Mouth feel is good and fills the tongue with high side carbonation. Flavor has a punch of brett, nice wheat base, orange rind, and finishes dry with some pepper. There is a light hint of the honey but no sweetness and the brett has done it’s job finishing everything out nicely.

Reimer96 (1062) - Alberta, CANADA - OCT 14, 2013
Pours a cloudy orangish gold with a huge frothy white head that leaves lots of sticky lace. Aroma of wheat, spicy hops, pepper, orange citrus, sweet pineapple a d a bit of funky brett. Taste is orange citrus, bitter grapefruit, spicy hops, pepper, tart lemon and a bitter orange/lemon peel on the finish. Very nice blend of flavors an a well balanced saison just a slight bit of harsh bitterness on the finish but overall very pleasant to drink.
