sample at The Festival. Not my favorite offering from ET. Fruity, red wine, touch of pepper saison characteristics. Didnt seem meld together too well

Bottle @ S&B#2. Pours hazy golden with a lacing frothy small head. Aroma is red apple, orange, honey, pepper, flowery, soap, light malts, spice, herbs and oak. Taste is near medium sweet and light+ bitter. Body is medium. Finishes sweet, spicy and hoppy. Exiting and tasty experiment, the red wine notes does pair oddly with the rest.
